One of the baristas was extremely rude. When I tried to pick up my drink, our hands slightly misaligned but nothing spilled. The barista pulled it back, telling me not to take drinks by hand and to use the table instead, while acting as if they could have been hurt and lecturing me. On top of that, the pickup table was so small it was barely noticeable. Handing a drink by hand is completely normal, and I’ve never seen such unprofessional and power-trippy behavior. Management should provide proper customer service training or reconsider if this person should interact with customers.
Go to another second cup on campus. Barista here is exceptionally rude. Forgot to add milk, and when I reminded her, she became very condescending, and remarked “can I get you anything else?” in a sneering manner.

Timings are wrong. Never see them open on weekends. Food is very good.

I forgot to ask for oat milk before they made my drink and both the baristas rolled their eyes at me and was being extremely rude. I was very upset from that, I’m lactose intolerant and I can’t have dairy. I apologize multiple times and they both ignored me and made me feel really bad. I couldn’t even enjoy my drink after that because I lost my appetite.

I get the carrot loaf often, but the one I got from this location was very stale. Pretty disappointing for $4+.
Morning crew is awesome - later in the day service can get much more inconsistent. Biggest gripe: both Google and the Second Cup official web page say it is open until 7, but man behind counter tells me they close at 4:30 - no coffee for me.

Order here a lot, the quality level is inconsistent. Flat white with oat milk is pretty good. Would not order Matcha latte here ever again — tastes weird and the sweetness overthrows
I order a lot here (I work nearby) and the morning crew is awesome. The man who works there in the evening for a while now is impatient and at times quite unpleasant if he gets too busy. Not sure why he keeps the job, because he clearly dislikes it - a lot.
Tried the new blue butterfly latte today and was given, literally, a cup of blue milk with chalky bits throughout. Zero latte flavour, nothing remotely sweet or vanilla-y, just milk. Not impressed. Was also taken back when the lady (who wasn't even the one helping me) told me 'next time say before we make it' when I asked politely for a bit less ice. I was confused because it wasn't made yet-- it was just a cup full to the brim with ice. Really bad overall experience after weeks of debating whether to stop by this little kiosk. It's too bad as I'm nearby everyday.

Yikes, worst matcha I ever had.
Staff are friendly. Go-to spot for grabbing coffee and lunch between classes. A little pricier vs Tim’s, but reasonable.
