I put in my regular second cup order of a smoothie and it was very watery. The barista forgot to put in the banana. The wifi was slow too. This location of Second Cup is not up to the quality of the brand.

The manager who works here is so rude
Absolutely love the service from the girly that works every morning on weekdays!

I just finished one of their large mocha espressos made by Vaidehi. So good. Go check them out.

Well, still one of the best place to meet friends or just to go out for coffee and pastries in a friendly gay village atmosphere! :) Second cup is a must on Church ST as it's a focal point for any of us to gather as LGBTQ+ + allies and for newcomers in town to feel the pulse of Our Unique Gay Village in Toronto! :) Cheers

Carlos was so wonderful!!!
It was quite tasty, I ordered a lemon cake, it was very tasty, and also a caramel latte, it was also quite good
I had a disappointing experience at Second Cup during my second visit. I like to review menus online before ordering to avoid feeling rushed, so I took a seat to browse the menu. Shortly after, a staff member approached me and told me I needed to order before sitting. I explained I was in the process of deciding, but the employee walked away without acknowledging my response and came across as rude. This interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I left without ordering. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from returning to this location.
Neighbourhood.

Staff were very pleasant. Interior searing looks comfortable, though I got takeout only.

Food and coffee were your typical second cup products which are pretty good (especially the coffee). Service was efficient. What soured the experience was the atmosphere. Indoor seating is tired & in need of a ln update (especially considering this is a central location in Toronto). They were also boxes of stored items all over the store. Outdoor seating was disorganized with seats & tables thrown around everywhere. It had rained earlier but they didn't bother wiping down the seats & tables & arranging them, which otherwise would have attracted more customers to come in.

The offerings are, in my opinion, better than Starbucks. The staff are professional, fast, and friendly!
