Just enjoying my soy decaf no-foam latte. DELISH. Second Cup has everything Starbucks used to have but doesn’t anymore and it’s Canadian. Why give money to the union busting americans when you can shop Canadian?

Guys they dont have restroom! No its fact their restroom is unavailable. Isnt that stupid? They claim they’re the second biggest coffee brand after Tim? Come on. You cannot provide restroom to your customers? Very stupid

I had the pleasure of being helped by Brunella at the coffee shop today, and I can’t praise her enough! Despite being the only staff member on duty, she went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of with a smile.
I was curious about the different coffee beans they had, and Brunella provided detailed and insightful information, helping me choose the perfect one for my taste. Her knowledge and passion for coffee really stood out, making the experience not only informative but also enjoyable.
Even while managing the shop alone, she remained attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to see someone juggle so many responsibilities while maintaining such a positive attitude. Brunella is truly an asset to this coffee shop, and her excellent customer service will definitely keep me coming back we need more like youu.

I went in to give feedback on their Blue Butterfly Tea Latte. When I explained that I was getting chucks of the mix, she responded by "its hard to blend properly sorry" No offer of compensation and moved on. What you pay for these drinks you should get a perfect latte. I'll only order regular coffee or tea from now on.
