I absolutely love the coffee from Second Cup at Toronto Western Hospital! The staff and the owner always greet me with a warm smile and remember my name every time I visit. It’s such a welcoming place—it feels like a second home to me, just like the name suggests!
Fantastic staff and atmosphere, everyone is so personable and makes such an effort to make you feel welcome! This is one of the few shops where I’m a regular and I don’t think that’s ever going to change.
The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people you could hope to meet - and they remembered my order after only a couple of visits and often have it ready before I even reach the counter.
Their kindness and familiar smiles have made such a difference...
