I absolutely love the coffee from Second Cup at Toronto Western Hospital! The staff and the owner always greet me with a warm smile and remember my name every time I visit. It’s such a welcoming place—it feels like a second home to me, just like the name suggests!
Fantastic staff and atmosphere, everyone is so personable and makes such an effort to make you feel welcome! This is one of the few shops where I’m a regular and I don’t think that’s ever going to change.
All the workers at this location are incredible! They always greet you with a big smile and brighten up your mood. They know their customers by name and have their orders memorized. Highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance!
