Good old 2nd Cup - it's nice to see how it survived Covid etc... time to modernize, expand, add new selections, bring up some more reasons to go there... I wish them luck and want to see them thrive, but also worried that they might not make it long-term - there's too much competition out there...

EDIT: with over 4,000 extra homes in the form of a 40 story bldg, 7 other bldgs (all in the mall), a new 9 story currently going up across the street and 2 more 9 stories going up a few blocks south, it will be hard to get a seat ever again. Kinda sad. Lots of retired ppl in the neighborhood who like to come here won't get a seat. Maybe the developers should get rid of the...
