Horrible customer service. I have never been greeted, never mind with a smile. Surly is the best way to describe the baristas. I order specialty drinks and not once have they made it according to the recipe which includes things like sprinkles, drizzle, whipped cream etc. They just make the base, milk, syrup and poorly frothed foam. They have loud conversations among themselves so it takes longer to make the drink. I feel like I’m disturbing them by ordering my drink. I would never come here except it’s the only cafe in the neighbourhood.
It wasn’t so bad 6 years ago when I started coming but became like this during the pandemic. Brutal.

The hours are closing 8:00 PM, not 11:00 PM.

Sunday closing time shows 11pm but when we arrived at 10:30 it was closed !!

I’d give zero if I can. The blond lady at the counter was not welcoming at all. From the second I went into the shop until I got my order and left, she did not say a single word. She just looked at me and waited for me to say my order. And when she’s done she just put the coffee on the counter and walked away!
But she greeted other customers. Hello? I don’t understand what kind of customer service is this if it’s not about race.
Other than service, the coffee is just okay, the milk foam is disappointing.

Had a bad customer service this morning when I ordered my coffee. A young lady with long black hair assisted me and I asked if I could ask for a lactose free milk. She looked at me with a straight face and said NO. So I asked if there is no lactose free milk again just as I wasn’t sure if she heard me correctly and then she asked me if I wanted a lactose free milk again so I said yes yet she just then again looked at me and said nothing.
My husband and I just moved to this neighbourhood and always had a great experience with the other employee who works here but for this reason we are never coming back to this coffee shop. It’s not fair to be treated rudely specially when you are just starting your day. I hope you can train that employee proper customer service in this field. Just very rude.
