I came here and my children fell in love with the frozen hot chocolate but more importantly I fell in love with the customer service. Danielle, is exceptional she honestly should be a business owner herself. Upselling great energy and amazing hospitality. This is the second cup located in Sherway Garden shopping mall, I greatly enjoy second Cup coffee though I cannot often get to a location very easily.

Great customer service! Vaibhav was especially helpful when explaining to my aunt and I what drinks would be suitable for us. We loved the drinks the other barista made for us based on his recommendations ◡̈
