The cafe is well located on the avenue, close to several establishments and bus stops! Unfortunately, there is ongoing work in front of the store, which makes it difficult for pedestrians, especially those with disabilities and families with strollers.They have an entrance with an automatic door for wheelchair users and people with low mobility, however there is a step obstacle at the entrance that should not be there.They have internal and external space for customers, where it is possible to stay with their pets. The menu is standard for all stores, but in particular the window tends to be unattractive and lifeless. The salon floor on most of my visits was poorly maintained.On Sunday, 10/29, the attendant was alone, without support from other employees or management. She served the customers very well, with affection, apologizing for the delay, and always looking concerned about the service. Congratulations to her who, even under the pressure of requests, did her best. Both of my orders were very well done.

The service here is so weird. Sometimes it's okay, and there's one girl here in particular who's fantastic. I don't know her name, but she's short with long dark hair and she's always great. but this most recent time, we went an hour before close and the barista, who I've never seen before, had an air pod in one ear and treated us like we were annoying her or something. We then went back 20 minutes before close, ordered just a butter tart and as we were getting ourselves together outside, I heard her come up to the door and lock it. More than 15 minutes before close. Honestly so strange.

EDIT: I did go back and return the cake. They gave me my money back willingly with no hassle so I will add a star back but I do hope they took my concerns seriously and investigate their refrigeration system.
I had no intention of leaving a review as the place seemed nice enough....but I received a food item so spoiled, I feel like I need to write this to potentially keep people safe.
I never thought cake spoiled. Honestly, I just thought it went stale but yesterday I bought a slice of tuxedo cake and when I went to eat it last night the taste was so pungent I've never tasted a spoiled dessert like that in my like. Every part of it was off. The cake, icing, everything. Its smelled so foul as well.I was gaging by my attempted 2nd bite. I dunno if it's old or where they are storing it but it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever had in my mouth. I will have to take it back tomorrow cause I'm legit concerned for their method of storage at this place.
I hope the owners see this and take it seriously. That is not normal and I am 100% certain it would have made me very Ill if I ate it.

Sometimes the staff in here are friendly. But be aware of the staff working during the closing shift of the weekends (like an hour before closing).It feels like they don't want to serve you at all. Just talking to their phone while making your drink. Not paying attention much to your order. When they give you the wrong drink and ask for the right one, they seemed annoyed about it.
