Great coffee and delicious bakery snacks, but I did notice a few flies hovering around the croissants, which was a bit concerning. Otherwise, a pleasant spot.

Customer service is very poor. They made the customer morning worse by making the faces while I ordered the drinks and food they were making faces especially the lady worked in the morning very rude she should get some training about customer service. If you are doing business in food industry you should be polite at least.

Really loved this second cup. We stayed at Mount Sinai a number of days and this was a staple. I really think it is because of the guy on the food prep, he goes out of his way to make and prepare the food to be as good as it can be and in a number of ways, it really hit the mark or impressed.

There is no pinkberry here despite being shown in photos

Our family spent 4 months in the Sinai hospital. During our stay we visited the second cup almost nightly. The staff was very friendly, kind,and compassionate with what we where going through. The service was exceptional. Especially Cynthia,Enbet and Krista.This location is very lucky to have these ladies working for them.Never had attitudes even with lengthy lines during peak hours. They deserve raises. Perfect staff for that environment. Also Chanaz got us hooked on a new coffee..aka chanaz #5Ask for a pump of chocolate in your next cup.Now that we're home we miss them.Thanks guys Darrell, Mellisa and Lleyton..

Do not go. Ordered a chocolate croissant and had a terrible diarrhea that night. Fortunately I’m relatively healthy. Recover the next day

Not bad.

Been to this location numerous times. I wonder if it’s low staffing on the weekends. The recent visits were unsatisfactory. I ordered a cheese melt and it was all burnt. The next day, I ordered a “turkey” cheese melt and got a regular cheese melt without the turkey in it instead. I probably won’t visit again in a while.

The server there is rude and have no sense of customer service she punches the order made it i didn't even pay for it yet but ahe thought its confirmed and made with a sweetner and my wife who i ordered for cant have sweetner she made me pay for both the things. These people just because they are in the hospital don't care about customer service as they might be having a permanent contract. The lady in the morning shift should be fired i will never go to any second cup if the franchise is like that.

Great service and quality at this location. Never had an issue with staff here. They are often busy, so expect a line. Even though they are a tiny outpost they still offer some food items. They are a small location inside Mount Sinai Hospital, so please be extra patient and courteous in this space!
