Poor woman was working by herself on a Saturday. Pretty long line up but she handled it well and was very friendly. Cookie was $3.75, monster brownie was delicious according to my brother. Coffee was alright.

This possibly was the best second cup I have been too. Super great selection and really friendly staff. Plus they are actually Canadian which I love and you should too. Their oatmeal raisin cookie is the best, hands down. I visit this location when I have appointments and it’s always been a good experience.

Great coffee and delicious bakery snacks, but I did notice a few flies hovering around the croissants, which was a bit concerning. Otherwise, a pleasant spot.

Customer service is very poor. They made the customer morning worse by making the faces while I ordered the drinks and food they were making faces especially the lady worked in the morning very rude she should get some training about customer service. If you are doing business in food industry you should be polite at least.

Really loved this second cup. We stayed at Mount Sinai a number of days and this was a staple. I really think it is because of the guy on the food prep, he goes out of his way to make and prepare the food to be as good as it can be and in a number of ways, it really hit the mark or impressed.
