Worst coffee shop and rude staff. I stopped in here before I took my toddler to the AGO. She saw this little Christmas box which I guess they use to put cookies and treats in it and give it to the customers. I said I don’t want any food as I am just waiting for a mobile order. She asked them if she could have it. (Christmas was over anyway) They said yes. Okay cool. So then I am waiting 10 + mins for my mobile order and each time they put an order out they were telling me “sorry this one isn’t for you”. They had no idea what my order was even or my name? I really believe they thought I was waiting around to just steal someone elses order. I felt really weird even being in there. So finally my order gets put where the mobile orders go and the guy/girl states again so sorry this isn't yours. Wouldn’t even let me see the receipt for the orders..kept moving them back. I eventually finally pull up my order on my phone and thats when they profusely apologized. Weird experience. Weird staff. 10 mins for coffee is ridiculous I will never be returning.

This is a wonderful spot for coffee enthusiasts. The coffee is rich, flavourful, and expertly crafted. I ordered a batch with caramel taste. I also paired it with a chocolate croissant that was fresh, buttery, and had that perfect melt-in-your-mouth chocolatey goodness. The staff are warm and welcoming that create an inviting and friendly atmosphere. The location is great just across from TIFF, it is a beautiful, cosy spot perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. Well, if you're here to catch up with friends, work, or simply relax, this place has it all: amazing coffee, fantastic service, and a prime spot in the city. Definitely worth a visit!

It was okay. We went in to have a drink before our theatre show. The location wasn’t very big and gets filled up very quickly especially on theatre show days. There were only two people working on a very busy day, so service was a bit slow (understandably). However, boxes and paper were all over the counter, which made the environment look very messy and untidy in such a small location.

Food and drinks were okay, but it is absolutely freezing inside (if you plan on being seated for more than 15-20 mins) in the winter, just as a heads up! Would not come back here to study until the summer. Otherwise, it's good :)

I have visited the Second Cup Cafe for having a cup of latte and was impressed by the customer service. Yasin was so nice, caring, and attentive; he did above and beyond to offer me the best latter beverage and the outstanding customer care. What else do you need in a cold afternoon craving for a hot tea? A welcoming and friendly atmosphere and a delicious coffee/tea to warm yourself up. Thank you Yasin and your teammates!

Been coming to this cafe for a while now, and it’s become one of my favorite spots in the city. The relaxing atmosphere and cozy space are perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee. There’s plenty of seating, including lovely window seats that add to the vibe. The staff has always been welcoming and attentive, making each visit a great experience.

Came in, and there was already a queue of orders being made. Two people working and the man taking orders spent over 5 minutes talking with another colleague who was ordering, and the line had grown to the door, and they displayed no interest in finishing their conversation, completely ignoring potential customers. Horrible service, walked out. This is not the first time this has happened, so I did not want to get stuck waiting 10 minutes for my order. If you want fast and good service, don't come here. Expect long wait times.

Second Cup was a cool little coffee shop! Their pastries looked pretty good so I wanted to try one. I always love a good blueberry scone so it was a pretty easy choice for me. It was a pretty solid scone! Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely pretty good. Tasted fresh and the blueberries were nice and tasty. The scone itself kind of looked a little off but the taste was good! The service was a bit slow, but, the vibe was cool!
