One of my favourite Korean spots in the city. Staff is always kind and speedy, vibes are always comforting, and they have some of the best Seafood Pancake in Toronto I have tried as of yet. Also the tea they serve on the side is absolutely delicious.

The fish cake tasted like pure starch, and the candied potato—the sugar coating and potato felt completely separate.
The jajangmyeon sauce was mediocre, though the noodle portion was generous. For the spicy chicken, I’d suggest asking the kitchen to fry it crispier—otherwise it’s too soft and the batter is thick.

Stews here make amazing delivery but are inexplicably disappointing in-person. I have no idea how this works. Every time I order delivery, it’s great and authentic, but every time I dine-in, it tastes too bland and sweet.

I ordered mandu soondubu jjigae (dumpling soft tofu stew) for $16 and it was a really generous portion with three fat dumplings, what felt like an entire package of tofu, and lots of zucchini plus a raw egg that cooked inside the sizzling bowl. The banchan were standard issue and everything was seasoned quite mildly like home cooking, which I appreciated. Good value and I plan to visit again at least to try the jjajjangmyun (black bean noodles) combo one day.

A hidden gem in Koreatown. It’s a small restaurant with simple décor, but it offers authentic Korean food. We had a combo: black bean noodles with beef and vegetables+pork cutlet. The noodles were springy, and the black bean sauce was savoury. The pork cutlet was tender and juicy, not dry at all. Kimchi bibimbap is delicious too. The portions are generous, and we even had to bring the leftovers home. Will revisit again.

The food was so so delicious, our waitress was very kind and the portions were generous. I loved the jjajjanmyeon and sweet and sour pork combo!

So good. I went on a Thursday and it was crowded, but the food came out quickly and was very tasty. I was impressed by the service from the Korean girl who ran around.

The seafood spicy soup was great. So flavorful and filling. I had to take some for leftovers.

The Korean server with the pony tail was so rude. She was showing us very bad attitude, and speaking to us aggressively. When we asked for the bill to be paid by cash, she threw the bill in front of us.

Food is good, but probably won’t come back because of the poor service.

Great Korean food place with generous portions. I've ordered nearly most of their menu and honestly you can't go wrong with anything, and I'm especially a big fan of their black bean noodle + fried chicken combo. Also their service is exceptional, I've seen em move on Friday nights and all I can say is that they are hard working and courteous even when there's insane traffic. This'll be my takeout place for a long time, keep up the good work team 🙌

First time trying this spot for jajangmeon noodles and was so disappointed. The cost of $15 suggests it would be decent but the sauce tasted like it was made 3-4 days ago and had little meat/veg. It didn’t come with the pickled yellow radish which is customary ( you have to ask for it).

The service was non-existent and the server could not hear us due to noice level (no music, just people talking) so we had to yell our order 3 times. The restaurant didn’t seem clean at all, so we lost our appetite while eating.

I have been eating on Bloor / Christie for 30 years and this was one was one of the more disappointing meals. It should be a budget place like some of the others on street but they charge high prices for food that is more low-cost budget .

I have provided this review but only posting so that you don’t go expecting a 4.4 star service/food. Would not recommend when there are so many better options for good Korean food in the area.

Used to be a fan but what is the attitude??? Just had dinner here as usual and the service was unbelievable. The server had a resting angry face the whole time, literally threw the dishes on my table without a word or eye contact. When I asked to pay cash, she SLAMMED the tray on the table and walked away?? Gurl did I owe you thousands of dollars?? I’m rlly disappointed at this time 🙃
