This place deserves “0” stars. The food tasted fake and like cardboard...$40 wasted... total disgust

We stopped into Shade at the Ramada Hotel before checking out of our hotel room for a quick breakfast and found it to be empty but for one man sitting at a table by himself. The waiter, an older man came right over, handed us a menu and asked if we'd like some coffee. About 25 minutes later, as we watched him from our table wandering around in the back of the restaurant, he showed up with the coffee and proceeded to take our order. It was a full 45 minutes before we actually received any food and then we had to repeatedly wait while he brought butter and more coffee. During the time we were there we observed that there were 7 tables in the restaurant which had not been cleared since we had arrived, As for the food, it was good. Not great but good. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very lacking.....somewhat like a cheap bar area on one side and a large home dining room on the other....not a place where you'd want to have a relaxing dinner.

Although the wait was long, the service was excellent. Our waitress went above and beyond for each person (over 15 in the restaurant), even though she was the only front person working; great attitude.I'm celiac and although the menu didn't have much, the butter chicken was AWESOME. It was not too tomato-y which was great.It is not super fancy but it was good food and a server with a great attitude.

How people gave this place a 5 star review is beyond me, I smell paid reviews! The food was bland and took way beyond reasonable time to arrive. We were the only table there, that says enough. The server was nice but was the only staff and didn't know how to make any of the drinks on the menu.

Food was awful. Pad Thai was inedible mashed rice noodles, and butter chicken was second-rate and bland.Server didn't know how to make any of the drinks on the menu.
