Amazing Experience at Shaheen Restaurant!

I recently dined at Shaheen Restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor — definitely some of the best I’ve had. But what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service from a staff member named Fuwrkh.

Fuwrkh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She made great menu suggestions that we absolutely loved.

If you’re visiting Shaheen Restaurant, I highly recommend asking for Fuwrkh — she'll make your dining experience even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

My husband decided to visit this restaurant last Thursday. Their website says they close at 11 so we made a phone call first as it was already 10:15, and asked the lady if we could dine in. Surprisingly it was very busy and only one very young girl was serving. Her service was very quick and excellent. Her food recommendations were on top, the only disappointment was naan because they were badly burnt. The young gurl Nebela was such a sweetheart!

The food and service is okay. The items are a bit pricy for the quality they serve. Also, without any notice at all, they charge 10% gratuity on dine in. Nobody informed us, and it’s not any where notified on the menu. Also, they only accept cash or debit, again no one informed us or notified on the menu. Poor customer service.

Love this place, they are the best in town for desi food.

Wow! First time stopped by for quick food. Chicken roll and seekh kabab roll are the best... 5* for the 2 items tried so far! Great taste and awesome hospitality!

Naans are too good same like Naans you eat from tandoor in Pakistan, nihari is so good , malai kababs are not like malai kababs need more improvement in the recipe,and what is wrong with your salad? Where are onion rings? You are giving only lettuce and 2 piece of carrots and cucumber, and don’t play Indian movies songs in your tv, otherwise ambiance is good and service is good too

The restaurant needs a revamp.It is an old place. I tried the nihari, seekh kabab and brain masala also kabab roll too and it was missing the sauce, it had just kabab and naan and nothing else.

I have tried their halwa puri yesterday, halwa is really dried, curry is not good , made with black chick peas and puris are loaded with so much oil , making it too much heavy , just hardly ate one puri and had to throw , totally wasted and disappointed.

Sunday I order halwa pori choley , honestly the cholley was look like made a week ago batorey was not batorey it was paratha , totally waste of money , only one person working and that person is chief , waiter , cashier helper and may be the cleaning person too , i wonder why this restaurant is so dead no customers at all, because the food is not fresh at all
