Food: Food was so delicious. Especially Chicken tikka and seekh kabab. Juicy and tender in taste. Rice was super tasty. Eggplant dish was also good. Service: Service time was decent. There dishes are quite heavy in weight. They took little bit time just because they serve yummy and fresh food. Ambiance: Due to Valentine's Day, they have a great Ambiance . They put balloons all over windows and wall. And red heart on every table which makes us and others so special. In the end staff was so nice that they take couple shots. Overall experience is too good. Will visit them again in future.

The meat is just awesome. The rice is so nicely cooked. The barbecued veggie is out this world. Nice people who serve. It is take out at this location in front of the waterfront

This restaurant used be to be good, my friend and myself ordered two burgers with fries and it came up to $65. The quality of the food was not there, service was bad and very expensive. $65 not sure why so much for just beef burgers. There are many other restaurants on north of yonge that the quality is good and prices are way cheaper and better.

I ordered a chicken joojeh kebab, it was really bad , I never had a chicken joojeh kebab with some skin on chicken and test was really bad. Honestly don’t waist your money in this restaurant.

Not sure if the chef or kitchen staff have lost their palates for Iranian signature food like Gheime OR never acquired one. Both Gheime and Sabzi taste like water, their Kashke Bademjon is a total disaster. Kebabs are fairly good but expensive or the portion. Do not waste your time there.

Located at Yonge and St. Clair, Shatter Abbas is a low-key, competitively priced takeout/eat-in spot specializing in Persian food! Tonight, we tried two dishes: Fesenjan - This is billed as a chicken stew with pomegranate molasses and ground walnuts; there is no strong flavour of fruit or nuts, but it's a great saucy dish all the same! Liked it so much I ate all the chicken and took the container of leftover sauce home. It comes with a very generous portion of white and yellow rice that can easily feed two people! Chicken Leg and Zereshk Polo - If you're new to Persian cuisine, here's your entry point: two roasted quarter chickens and a big side of rice! Easily enough for two to four people to share. Love the barberries on the rice-- these are like cranberries, so picky eaters, don't fret! All of it is flavourful and not spicy. Really nice staff, who were friendly and kind. Shatter Abbas is such a nice addition to this area!

I decided to order here on a whim. I'm so thankful I did! The food was delicious. I ordered 1 ghormeh sabzi, a stew with greens, beans and beef with a side of rice and 2 mixed koobideh which is 1 skewer of chicken and 1 skewer of ground beef with a grilled tomato and rice. I also ordered 1 bread. The stew was by far the hit, really tasty and earthy in flavour. The kebabs were juicy and well spiced. It was really delicious, we all agreed though, that the beef was tastier than the chicken. The bill came to $85 for everything. I'll be ordering from them again very soon!

Very cheep and a kind of cutting the corners I took my Canadian Friend . He ordered chicken and ground beef kebabs$16.99 I ordered beef kabab for 9.99 First of all all those take out or eatery restaurant they give you 2 skewers and good size of kabab with rice This restaurant has just one skewer very small one and their chicken kabab is ground chicken price . It was really embarrassing . I never go back and definitely don’t recommend to anyone . No wonder they closed their restaurant on Eglinton west . For $10 I could have very good hamburger on many hamburger places . Not bunch of rice no butter and Small puce of ground meet with lots of additive it wasn’t even whole meet

They used to be good and we used to visit or order and pickup on regular basis. But sadly they are going from not good to kinda of bad to what the h.... This was the last time for us. The meat was cold we had to go back because they forgot the rice. Than they gave rice for one instead of three and last but not least the Persian soup was wrong. And for all this we paid almost $100 and no apology. Good luck with this Resturant.

We never really had Persian food so we were a bit hesitant but pleasantly surprised! Had 3 dishes (total of $45.17 after tax) for dinner a few nights ago. Good quality, glad we tried. Online ordering and pickup was smooth. 1. Kashkeh Badenjan (8.99+tax) - roasted eggplant in kashk sauce, garlic, mint, sautéed onion, and served with bread I would say this is my favourite out of the three. Although an appetizer, the portion wasn't small. Flavours were interesting and not overpowering. 2. Fesenjan (14.99+tax) - stew with chicken breast, pomegranate molasses and walnuts served with saffron basmati rice I was most excited for this but I didn't like it as much as I thought. Flavours were more intense-kind of hard to describe but it's a bit sour with a hint of sweetness. I think they forgot to add walnuts since we didn't get any. Came with a very big portion of rice. 3. Koobideh (15.99+tax) - 2 beef skewers and grilled tomato served with saffron basmati rice If you're unsure what to get or are new to Persian cuisine like us, I would recommend this plate. It's simple, came in a generous portion, and you get your money's worth. I think the meat had some seasonings but I'm not sure what they are.

During this pandemic your staff are not taking any precaution. 2 employees cooking are not wearing their masks in your Thornhill location. Disgusting! Shame on you all. This is being reported to the ministry.
