Food is amazing and the quality remains the same since I first tasted it back in 2018. Well done.

I tried this restaurant many times, and I’ve enjoyed it every single time.
The kebabs are very delicious and fresh, the service is excellent, and the staff are very polite and friendly.

One of the best place for Persian dishes in Downtown Toronto

Shatter Abbas in Toronto blew me away! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was incredible. The kobideh, ghorme sabzi, and joojeh kabob were all packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Authentic taste and amazing service—can’t wait to go back!

I was a customer of this shop for a few years and the quality was good. My last order was very bad to the point that chicken thigh kabob was not edible with its gross taste.
The koobideh was not good either but I was able to eat it at least.
Such a disappointment!

I want to give the food 4.5 but nothing less than that either. The Kebabs are amazing and the Chicken Koobideh is amazing too, but would have been better if it had some kind of a gravy with it as rice felt dry with koobideh(but it could be how it is traditionally made but it got a but dry for my taste)

But I would absolutely recommend everyone to give this place a try at least once if you’re nearby and it is a very easy on your pocket too.

Also, be sure that there is no place to sit indoors, and only 2 tables outdoor, and I only gave it 1 less star only because the food got cold pretty quickly with the fall winds.

I recently tried to place an order over the phone, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, I was finally able to place my order, only to be asked to share my credit card details over the phone, as per the manager’s policy. They informed me they couldn’t accept cash or card at the time of pickup, which was never mentioned upfront. Sharing sensitive information over the phone to an unknown person is uncomfortable and raises serious security concerns. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has ensured I won’t be returning.
