WHY WOULD I SEND MY FEEDBACK ON AN EMAIL WHEN I AM ALREADY GIVING AN ONLINE FEEDBACK. (4th time)
Customers 3, Order 5 Wraps (October 15, around 8 pm)
To the owner/manager, kindly do not give chat gpt reply to my feedback for the 3rd time. It is not professional, rather shows your indifference to your customers. Or is that how you treat customers?
If you actually care about your store and business, read the input and hire better people to get the job done.
I went to your store last night. Despite the 4.4 rating and gave your place a fair chance but to my dismay I am severely disappointed.
Here's what happened,
A. It was busy because of shawarma day but certainly not unmanageable.
B. I went there last night with 2 of my family members and ordered 5 queen chicken wraps.
C. It was the end of the day, the lovely looking cashier was most likely exhausted and nervous.
D. I tried to be courteous, to be kind and not to rush her and even said yk, no worries. Take your time.
We all work in customer service and understand how stressful it might feel.
E. But when I wanted to order and specify what I wanted on my wraps , I was met with very snarky attitude which made us very uncomfortable and wasn't even able to finish telling my order properly. You should not be rushing me when I am not rushing you. And I am the customer.
F. We were told we have to wait 30-45 mins for the order which is ridiculous no matter how busy it is, waiting 20-25 mins is even max for shawarma wraps. Especially when no fries involved and your chicken as I saw was cooked.
G. Finally when we received our food, it was messed up with wrong toppings and sauces. Someone could have had allergy or dietary restrictions but who cares right?
Now please tell me what kind of incompetent workers you have. Neither the attitude nor the food was right. What did I pay for? And let me tell you, 2 of us worked for Shawarma Royale perviously so whatever service we got, none of that is excusable. And when you make a mistake you either refund, remake or provide compensation with drinks or fires or whatever.
Your cashier last night needs to be retrained or should not be working in customer service with this kind of behaviour. And if you have this much attitude you must excell at your work and not give people wrong and messed up food. Or at the least have the grace to apologise and compensate instead of having the audacity to say why we didn't tell you before putting the sauces and toppings WHEN WE CLEARLY DID AND YOU DIDN'T LISTEN.
Dear manager, I kindly suggest you hire more competent workers.

Shawarma Royale(specifically this outlet) is seriously the best. The flavor is always on point—super rich, perfectly spiced, and everything tastes like they just prepped it. You get a massive portion, too, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.
Huge shoutout to the owner, Adnan. You can tell he truly cares about running a great spot; he's super friendly and makes sure everyone leaves happy. And big thanks to Pooja for the awesome hospitality!
If you want amazing shawarma that doesn't skimp on flavor or quantity, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Today i ordered kabab Rice bowl there was a guy abhishaik who’s given me Very sticky and ended Rice when i ask them. To change the rice he said. No we cannot and arguing with me ℹ don’t tolerate this cheap Things i will give 1 star rating this store and i will inform to everyone don’t go this restaurant again

Went here a few times as its in the area, the food is great and the managers/staff is nice. At night though it's usually younger workers who are a bit unprofessional, they usually seem angry, throwing stuff around when making food, stuff like that.

I work 5am to 11pm so this place is usually the only thing open around me. I always get the shawarma bowl for $9.99, last night though they charged me extra for veggies and said it was an extra charge for all veggies. I just said ok but when I got back it was the same thing I always get.

Not sure the point of charging extra and not mentioning it, I would prefer if they just changed the price.

A tasty treat on Eglinton! Fresh and absolutely delicious whatever you order. I, myself, indulged in a King Shawarma and the flavors are still lingering on my taste buds! Amazing service with wonderful staff. I would highly recommend

Walked in today noon and it was amazing because the girl and the boy listened to my instructions they also were kind and generous!Also both of em and the interior of the restaurant was giving so Arab vibes! Amazing food!

My husband and I just moved to the city and found this place! We would come here once a week and get the same order every time, yesterday September 11 at around 6:00-6:30 pm I went and ordered, got the usual, as I saw him packing the order I asked if that was mine and he said yeah, I was a little confused and asked why it was like that because that’s not what I get. He insisted that “this is what you ordered!” And stood there arguing with me saying that this is what you got, not offering to fix it or anything! I decided to go today and ask to speak to the manager and guess what he was the manager! Still arguing with me saying he will not do anything about it, we were not happy with what we got and said “what’s the matter anyways it’s no different then what you wanted”. There’s a huge difference, what I ordered was a wrap and wanted the fries and drink that goes with it! Not whatever was in that container. The manager was very rude, unprofessional, so needless to say, we will be finding a different place to go to from now on!!

They don’t follow instructions. They ask you to grab a seat while they prepare order but clearly won’t follow instructions. Asked them to not put some toppings clearly but guess what they did when opened food at home.
Paid for fries but they weren’t in the bag as well.
