Good, clean, quiet. Little hard to understand that parking is the top floor of the airport parking garage, but after going once in and out following gps instructions, we called and they clarified and then we saw the sign. Breakfast buffet is ok. Gym is a couple of bikes and a few kettlebells. Pool is very small, aqua fit not swimming.

All good but the parking FEE SUCKS! Surely there should be a better way to administer it.

Location is great, staff are nice, room service is tasty, and rooms are typical.

NOTE: It’s located in T3, if you arrive in T1, you’ll take the tram to T3 then start looking for signs. You’ll have to take quite a few escalators and elevators in addition to the tram, so be ready for that.

If you decide to leave the hotel using Uber, you’ll need to ask for pickup from T3, then send a message to your driver telling them you’re at the Sheraton. The app doesn’t give you the option, currently.

Twice in a row I’ve had such a horrible check in experience. It’s either being ignored or lack of understanding what to do if you have a line up of people wanting to check in. Advice? Book the Alt, customer experience there is WAY better than the Sheraton.

Great airport hotel with top notch service. Comfortable rooms, plenty of amenities and great food. A little pricy, but that’s most airport hotels. One knock on this hotel is their internet and TV services. The internet speed is slow and sometimes freezes intermittently. The TV also has a pretty poor channel selection and it also freezes once in a while.

Worst hotel to stay in the noise from the mono rail is too loud. I look out my window and I see a mono rail train outside. Too noisy can’t sleep beware !!
Manager Jane was unhelpful

At a conference for a few days, I was surprised not to be more disturbed by landings and takeoffs, given the proximity to the airport. Generally speaking, the premises are clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable.

For business or personal amazing hotel. Convenient location if you have to drive opposite ends of the GTA. Can take the union Pearson express if not driving. Only actual four star location around Pearson.

People stay here for the location, and this hotel leans on that fact way too much. Imagine if this place had rooms without broken lamps and broken toilets that didn't refill properly. Imagine if the rooms had baths and were insulated from hallway noise, or if housekeeping actually completed your one simple request for an extra towel. Imagine if the mobile room keys allowed you to operate the elevators without technical issues. Imagine how much more guests would enjoy it and be willing to pay. This hotel would even be something the city and airport could be proud of. Also, ditch the stale Sheraton brand. Might as well be a Holiday Inn.

The hotel provides free snacks each evening- what they call appetizers. It was a very good spread and easily became our dinner.
The hotel and the room are nice. However, the fitness center is disappointing

I am so impressed by the luxurious finishes in the well appointed suites as well as the lobbies and Club Lounge. It has premiere fitness and pool facilities and exceptional event spaces. We will be hosting our corporate event here this year.

Rooms: Spacious and Well Designed

Food and drinks: Excellent in house Restaurant and worth the upgrade for the Luxury of the Club Suites with exclusive Club Level access

Updated 2024.10.28 The Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto Pearson International Airport, now part of Marriott Bonvey is a hotel located right by the Terminal 3 train platform. It's a very convenient location for departure flights for the following day. It's also quite expensive to stay, over CAD 330 a night. There's an indoor heated swimming pool open 24/7, dining and bar opened till 0100.

Access to the hotel is through the assigned hotel card for the pool, elevator, ice machine, room. Only registered guests with the hotel card has access.

The room is very nice, clean, spacious. There's two shower heads, one fixed, the other handheld, very strong water pressure. No grab bar by the toilet area, one grab bar in the shower. There's a mini fridge in the room, no robes, no microwave. The bed is comfortable with four long pillows to wrap your body around if you wish.

This is a place for a short stay if your corporation will pay the bill, have enough wealth to pay the bill by the next billing cycle and isn't concerned. For the rest, book elsewhere, it's definitely not for the great value.

Checkout is 12:00 but may request late checkout up to 15:00.
