You should definitely give Shiba Poke a try! Their salmon poke bowls are exceptionally fresh and flavorful, and the quality totally justifies the price. Plus, they’re presented with a charming aesthetic touch (the shiba poke shape) demonstrating the care put into their preparation. While the atmosphere leans towards the artsy side, it might not be the most conducive for dining in. However, if you’re opting for takeout or delivery, this aspect becomes inconsequential. Regardless of how you choose to enjoy it, Shiba Poke consistently delivers really satisfying culinary experiences when you’re craving for a nice poke.

Cute and delicious bowls! Torched salmon never missed. The bubble tea is also really good. There isn't really any place to sit so this is more of a takeout spot.

Food was good! Service isn't always great. I prefer to order only when the Asian lady is there. She is very sweet and customer service is great. This location is very small, would be nice to sit in and eat.

This is the cutest spot for poke! We tried the shiba bowl and it was super fresh with a great variety of toppings. The shiba shaped rice is just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. The shop owners were very friendly and service was great! Will definitely be returning.

I was really disappointed, the pictures we saw ahead were cute but reality doesn’t live up. The shaped rice tasted lukewarm and stale. One bowl was almost empty as they didn’t put in any of the “included” toppings but worst of all the fish in both bowls tasted fishy and a bit off and was also lukewarm. We waited to get our bowls made so how long have their ingredients been sitting out to be like this?

Ordered for pickup. Food was gross. Very underwhelming. Did not look like the picture. It didn’t taste fresh, which is concerning when it’s raw fish.Did not eat. Threw it away. Waste of $54.Go elsewhere.

If I could give it a 0 i would. First off she greeted me but didn’t serve me, I waited about 5 min then left to catch my bus. The bus driver mentioned we would be stopped for 10 min so i went back ( biggest mistake) when i entered she now came to serve me but i was handed what looked and tasted like milk with brown sugar syrup. I was so disappointed I spent $7 and if I wasn’t in a rush i would have demanded a refund. Do not recommend getting Brown sugar milk tea boba from this place ..
