The niguiris recommended by the chef were incredible, also the misu soup was really good. The whole experience is really good, the service is nice, the place small but cozy, and the food taste really good. I will be back for sure.

We went for late lunch. The place is clean and well decorated. The service was excellent, and the sushi was delicious. I also ordered a poke bowl. It had a lot of fish, and I could not even finish it.

Fresh sashimi melts smoothly in mouth and has an oceanic aroma. Also, a good cut is against the grain for that marbled texture. Shibui Sushi does all that just about right. Even their Aburi sushi is tastefully charred. Great Itamae and fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Firstly the staff at this restaurant are some of the sweetest and caring people. I’ve been to Shibui twice and got the same level of high quality sushi both times. The fish is extremely fresh and quite literally melts in your mouth, the best sushi I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve eaten here a few times and we order takeout from Shibui Sushi all the time - we absolutely love this place. The food is top quality, and when I order botan shrimp, they’re always kind enough to deep-fry the heads on request. I even brought my nephew here for his 10th birthday (his pick!), and the staff surprised him with a birthday dessert and a song. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and were blown away by the fantastic service and food. We ordered a yam roll, an eel roll, and a maki/sushi combo and everything was phenomenal.
Prices were good, and the sushi was so well made. We will absolutely come back.

The food was fresh and delicious. We were just passing by and decided to give this place a try since it was already on my list. It was quite busy on the weekend, but they kindly accommodated us as there was still an hour before the next reservation. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead on weekends. My husband is not a fan of sushi at all, but even he said it was nice lol. Next time, I’ll stop by on a weekday to see how it feels then, and I really want to try some of the other dishes. Prices are quite reasonable for the area and the quality you get.

I had it two days in a row — how did I just find out about this place now? The sashimi goes perfectly with sake. Totally recommend!

I just tried this sushi place for the first time and it completely blew me away. Everything was super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The rolls and nigiri tasted amazing! I can really tell they care about quality. Definitely my new go-to spot for sushi in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!
