Worst service ever ! They sat us down and no one served us for 30mins .., we got up and left bc service was so bad ! Never coming here ..

Came here to celebrate a 2 year anniversary since it was walking distance from home. I also thought the food looked good from the photos, although i was clearly wrong because it didn’t taste the way it looked. The photo on instagram is the one advertised compared to the one I received, pretty disappointing.

So I go there to watch the raptors game with a friend. For context Shoeless Joe's is a sports bar/restaurant. The two female servers were very nice. It is the "manager" who sent out his/her poor server to deliver the message that the volume for the raptors game wouldn't be turned on because the majority of people wanted to listen to whatever mix of music as opposed to two hours of a lical sports team. I'm not sure who the manager polled but the place was barely half full. In a nutshell we don't care that you guys who came to a sports bar to watch a local sports team want to have a good time. Eventually we called the server over again and told them how ridiculous it was and the volume got turned on for the game. Funny thing was the people in the area then started actively watching. Out of touch out to lunch manager. I will avoid this location in the future.

Food was pretty good. The service was great! Our server was sweet, funny and attentive.
We came in with a couple of teens after a birthday party at Activate down the street. However, it seemed other families decided to attend with younger children that they allowed to run around the restaurant and bar. What a dangerous situation for the services who desperately tried to handle that situation with grace.

It says online they close at 2am but the servers we’re adamant about closing at 11:30PM

I waited 90 minutes for someone to take my drink order even. After 30 I told myself I’d sit there and see how long it took before someone even offered to take my drink order. A literal 90 minutes before the server came over. I asked her what took so long, she said she was busy serving other tables, and she was. I saw 3 parties seated after me get their order taken, food delivered, paid and their tables cleared all before someone offered to take my order. It was actually comical at that point. Is there service here any good? Not by my one account here but other people seemed like they were enjoying the service. Great atmosphere with big tv’s to watch multiple sports at once. Can’t tell you about the food because after 30 minutes I told myself I couldn’t in good conscience give them any money and only stayed to see how long it was going to take. A literal 90 minutes, no exaggeration. Probably would not recommend.

Food was amazing, service left much to be desired.
We came in when it wasn’t busy, maybe a couple other tables other than us. We had the mountain nachos and they were awesome. However we weren’t asked once for a refill on our empty drinks, and after we were done it took close to 15 minutes for our dishes to get taken. Also, we had ordered the funnel cake sticks and they took over 25 minutes to come out..

Love this location! Anytime I get the chance, I'm sitting at the bar, the service from Kelly is top notch, she's funny and doesn't miss a beat! Will be back for sure!

We requested a table for 5 people and got a table that is meant for 4.

One of us had to sit on the corner of the table where we could barely eat comfortably.

They always charge an extra $10 to get into watch UFC. The least they can do it give us a table with the appropriate seats.

This isn’t the first time this has happened.
Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR UFC EVENTS!!! Time and time again. My friends and I I have been going to this location for ufc events. And it’s nothing but headaches. We book a reservation for 4 and if 3 of us show up on time they refuse to seat us until our 4th friend who’s late shows up but they always won’t hold our table for to long. Last night we booked a reservation for 5 and they sat us at a table for 4 and said “we’re booked up nothing we can do about it” so one of us didn’t even have a proper seat at a table. We pay $10 to view these events and every single time the TVs shut off and the staff especially the manger doesn’t show any real urgency to get them back on. Shoeless joes is great but don’t bother coming to this location if your looking to watch a ufc events.

Had been here before it was a decent time, prices are meh and food is good . My friend called last night to ask if they were playing the real Madrid vs Barcelona game and they told us they were "definitely " playing it. I called today, not knowing my friend called last night, and asked if they were playing it and they told me "maybe" depending on the UFC fight. Then my friend was confused so he called again and they told him they weren't playing it. Now I don't know if they ended up playing it or not but this is miscommunication at its finest . Thanks
