We had a mixed experience at Shoeless Joe’s. At first, we requested a table by the window for two, but were told all of them were reserved. We were seated instead in a dark, narrow corner by the bar, which felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately, no server came to our table for about 25 minutes, so we had to ask again if we could move closer to the window. Thankfully, after that we were finally relocated to a much more comfortable spot and our order was taken.

Once we were settled, the cocktails and food were actually very good. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, and it was served directly by the chef (or kitchen staff), who was such a pleasant and friendly gentleman — that really made a positive impression.

Overall, the food was genuinely tasty and the drinks were great, but the long wait at the beginning and the difficulty with seating did leave us a bit disappointed. Hopefully service can be improved, because the quality of the food definitely deserves it.

I went here for the first time last week with a few friends and had a great experience! The food was amazing and so was the service. Kelly is a lovely server, she was efficient and very attentive to my whole table's needs. I would definitely recommend dining here just because of her!

It was a normal experience – nothing out of the ordinary.

This has been my favorite place to go on the weekend with the family. We went for lunch today just to find out that there has been changes made to the menu. Sadly my favorite dish as well as my son's favorite has been taken off of the menu. I should have walked out but since my husband and daughter wanted to stay, I decided to order something else as we always had good experience at this restaurant. The dish I got must have been the most terrible dish I have ever tried at a restaurant. All in all it was the most awful food I have ever had. Not coming back obviously. The service from the wait staff was mediocre but the manager was pretty good and friendly but that was all.

Went on Fight Night for the atmosphere and was disappointed to have my waiter come to my table 30 minutes after I was seated. Food was not hot and sloppy. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re going for a regular dinner.

Very bland, cold and refried/reheated food. We were a party of 14 people and not 1 of us enjoyed our meals. Service was meh cuz we have to call our server 3 times to complete her service cuz multiple people had not received their food. Will never be coming again.

My waitress was great but don't go there for suicide wings if you want something spicy. They're not spicy what so ever.

This location is a very nice location but also has a little bit of negatives about it some of the staff has a really bad attitude and when the food is old you can really taste it other than that the place is really great.

I did my engagement party here after we celebrated a friends birthday party at this Shoeless Joe’s. We noticed the upstairs lounge and were impressed not only with the space itself but also the food. To many good things to say so trying to keep it short and sweet. We hosted about 75 people upstairs. Had two rounds of food come out, served cake and coffee and had a 11/10 experience. Get in contact with Meg if you need to host an event, she was unbelievably helpful with organizing and sorting out the details. It made for a great experience. All the food came out on time, hot and the whole thing went very smooth. We were running a tad behind but Meg made sure the food came out on time as things adjusted and changed on the fly. Nonetheless, great price, food, and overall service. Loved having my engagement party here.

I came in for dinner with my family and the hostess kyana was very attentive and very sweet she welcomed me and my family with a big smile and she made my experience amazing as we were sitting I heard someone who seems like the manager get mad at her for using the bathroom. I personally find that unprofessional I watched her clean for hours and even answer any questions that my family or anyone else asked. If that's how you treat your staff then I wonder what else goes on. Other than that the food was good and the staff rest of the staff was friendly
