I ordered four cups on Uber eats, two cups with full sugar and two cups with less sugar. They were all bitter. Is this a drink mixed with disinfectant? When he calls the store clerk, he doesn't speak Chinese and only says "sorry" and he doesn't know how to deal with it? May I ask? ?

They need to improve their costumer service, it’s one of the reasons this store just lost a very loyal costumer I used to visit the store twice a week the last two times the employees did not delivered the order right. Tonight I went and order my drink and again was not the way I ordered the guy on the counter refused to make it right. I guess they don’t care about the satisfaction of their costumers.

It was my first time here, and the staff is amazing. Very nice and also helped me choose my drinks. (This place has been on my go to list for a couple months, finally got around to dropping by and checking it out.) I asked the worker up front what his recommendations were and he recommended me the Strawberry Mochi Latte and the Caramel bubble tea of his liking and options. Such an amazing guy! I very much enjoyed both the drinks. Will def come back again and try out the rest of the menu!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! or the shuyi store across the street. I’m pretty sure they’re owned by the same guy. The staff are trained to make the drinks in the cheapest manner possible, so what you order is not what you’ll receive. It will taste absolutely disgusting since it’s watered down and contains stuff you didn’t even ask for, so you’re actually getting scammed. My drink was filled with ice and grass jelly, I didn’t order a drink with grass jelly, I didn’t ask for it and I actually hate the taste of it. Actual amount of drink in the glass was not even 1/3 of the cup. The drink also had no taste, it was basically expensive water except water tastes better. If you want shuyi drinks, go to any other location than the ones on Spadina. The store owner is cheap and greedy, the staff smile at you stupidly if you ask questions. Do not spend your money here.

Great customer service. The store was pretty busy with online delivery orders but the guy was moving pretty fast. I love the salty cheese foam. I ordered the strawberry salty cheese foam and the mango cheese foam. Both drinks tasted delicious and did not disappoint. I will be back to try more drinks.

Very bad service.They don't even want take the topping I don't like from the milk tea like any other milk tea shop would do.I don't know what kind of service that is.They hired pp to prepare milk tea，but they just don't want take 2 seconds to make what customer want.it's not like that will take 100 years.I don't know what the owner hire those pp for
