Can't find cheaper bubble tea than this! I got the mango pomelo sago, it was WAY too sweet, but otherwise alright flavour-wise.

Do not come here!!
This place is not only bad but horrible. The food display in the open fridges looks like it been sitting for days and you can see fruit flies around the food.
They only offer 4 types of bubble tea for a super cheap price. But don’t get tricked!! It tastes nothing but sugar syrup, the toppings must have been made for days as its become mushy and slowly disintegrating.
Nothing in this store looks food safe! Stay away!!

I went here today May 17, 2024 Friday at 6:30 pm, there’s no other costumer except me, went straight to the counter, there’s 2 ladies working, both of them saw me coming inside but didn’t acknowledge, i was standing on the counter while the other lady was breaking some ice behind the counter and eating her soup at the same time. I decided to sit my self since they seems not interested to take my order, when she finally decided to take my order she asked me”what do you want?” I went closer to the counter and said brown sugar please, she punched the order and gave me the machine, I paid then she started making my order. Adter 2 minutes she gave me a drink thats a bit warm compared to normal brown sugar bubble tea, theres no pearl, no brown sugar and it has some as if some left over jelly she put in, i was hesitant because it doesn’t look like brown sugar bubble tea at all because i always order it at coco its my first time at their store so i decide to try it and the taste was awful, if i can describe it as if a warm water with added milk thats how it taste so told her this is not brown sugar bubble tea, she keep insisting it is, i said i wasn’t born yesterday and I always order this on other store this is not brown sugar, she grab her stuff and talk languages to the other lady and they both laughed and left while leaving they said talk to him we’re done!which they are referring to the guy who just started his shift, I am not sure if this lady doesn’t values their jonb or clearly not happy where they are, feel bad for the owner for having such employees with this attitude and unprofessional work ethics, the new guy was apologetic and made a new one, even him was so surprised with the attitude and drink his colleagues made, he said he will definitely report the incident with the owner. The store was dirty and wet all over the floor, he even said those two ladies are not supposed to be done at 6:30 because their shift ends at 7pm.. really unacceptable and unprofessional with so much options nearby i don’t think will go back to them and i don’t recommend them as well.

Got stuck eating here as I was in a rush and everything else nearby had a very long wait list. This place has become primarily a malatang place instead of Shuyi. The ingredients in the fridges look like they’ve been left out for a long time and I was a little worried about the quality control and cleanliness. The cashier was rude and there’s no signage on their soup options and I had to ask what they even offer here. I got charged $34 for a small portion of ingredients that would cost $5 to buy at the grocery store.Went to the washroom and it was a disaster - toilet paper rolls are not in the dispenser and instead, all over the mop that’s next to the sink. Toilet looks like someone had massive diarrhea over it.Gave up using the washroom and went to sit down and found all the tables and chairs to have never seen a wipe in their entire lifespan.

The yogurt in the yogurt-roasted grass jelly is sour and makes you have diarrhea.

The taste and quality of this fruit tea are completely wrong, the picture and text do not match! There are not so many fruits in fruit tea, only lemon, so why is it called fruit tea? And it’s expensive and tastes bad!

Called the place and try to order drinks over the phone but the staff said had to physically be in store to order. Huge disappointment since I'm on my way to school and don't have time to order and wait at the store. If you can't take orders over the phone I suggest you remove your phone number from google.

i like the brand itself and their drinks but this particular one always seems it’s half opened, there’s boxes stacked there and because there is also a chinese pancake place that’s somehow in the same shop but not sure how they are related, it feels a little sketchy.

Fruit teas are good but the toppings that comes with it are changing all the time depending on who makes it. The menu needs to be more specified like details of the drinks and what kind of toppings are included. Don’t get their Regular milk tea!!! The bubble was so hard like rock and all stick together that doesn’t come out through the straw.

They dont offer reusable cups to drink from it's all one use plastic, tried moon cake for first time and not a fan, too heavy. Also there is no washroom!
