There was a great variety of cakes with the sweet and savoury balance. I went for the original pull pork and seaweed cake and gold floss chicken cake. Both were good but I expected more of a cake texture but, it was flat.

Inexplicably, two new milk clams have been released. The price is the same as the others. Even the two flavors of milk clams have the same price. You must buy a box of six, not other flavors. Who would be bored to death in a box of six with the same flavor?

Nothing mind-blowing taste-wise, unjustifiably expensive. Their offerings taste similar to what you'd find at a Hong Kong-style bakery for a lot less money.

My friend and I tried it - bought the minimum 2 pieces of the pork floss. Tasted it with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I liked it! It's soft and has a unique taste that would make me want to try again. A good snack to add on rotation?

Brought some to take home on sunday, the chicken floss is not fresh and probably sits in the heated pan for next day use, 3 of us who ate it got a serious food posioning for two days.

Stupid expensive. $30 (after tax) for 6 balls which is so light you think the box it was in was empty. Flavour wise the custard inside wasn't that flavourful or creamy. The highlight was the pork floss which was crunchy and delicious. If they sell just the pork floss i would go back.Tip: you can ask for two flavours.

I have no idea what I'm eating. Is this dessert or an appetizer? According to the poster, they take chiffon cake and then roll it around in pork or chicken floss that also has some extra flavours built in. They sell the pork or chicken options in packages of 6's and you can mix and match to try different ones. Light and crunchy texture. Easy to eat a bunch at once. At $3.50+ per bun it's definitely something I'd get for dessert and then split with others.

Worth Trying.I can finally say I've tried it, as they look super cool and nice - at the end of the day, just like the other reviewers, I just don't think its worth having a 2nd time. The issue is the way they prevent you from buying a box of 6 with multiple flavours - you can only have 2 flavours, and that rubs me the wrong way.Takes AMEX.

Honestly super delicious and I really love their pork floss baos. But jeezo it's way too expensive for a regular treat. It's quite smart of them not to sell in singles, so that they can maximize the margins they make. I understand the business rationale behind it, but I wish it wasn't so. The staff are nice though, and the bao is deliciously smooth and tasty admittedly. So yea, I'll come back again and again - just not that often because it's so dadgum expensive.

I think they are a bit expensive for me. Sadly, you can not buy single individual one. You have to buy a whole package or nothing. Hopefully, they can offer more choices for us to chose. Not whole package.
