Had dinner at The Signature on King Street in downtown Toronto tonight. The classy setting, friendly professional staff, and the priceless views of Roy Thomson Hall right across the street contributed to a very memorable experience.The night started with a cheese pizza appetizer that set the bar high. It tasted amazing. The fish and chips I ordered were the best I've ever had. The halibut was thick, tender, and full of flavour, with a perfectly crisp batter, served with fries and tartar sauce.This was one of the best, if not the best, dining experiences I've had since living in Toronto. The pricing also is one of the best values I've encountered for the quality.
I highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I came to a show at the Royal Alexandra Theatre and of course we came to the restaurant half an hour before the show. The staff was very accommodating and prepared our food quickly and we made our show! The food was delicious. The 9$ cheese pizza tastes like New York! The fettuccine was really good too. Thank you for a great evening. We will surely come back again to be to enjoy the meal to the fullest!

Party of 2 including my wife dined last night before their Mirvish show. Both had pizza off the menu - 1 with bacon and the other with prosciutto. Didn’t look or taste like bacon and prosciutto. Curious what it was??? Service was odd for an almost empty restaurant.

Great food, big portions, nice servers and nice clean bathrooms. Chicken parm was solid and the New York strip was incredible. Out of the appetizers, the shrimp and fries are both great but we probably won't get the fritters again. We didn't order pizza this time but will definitely get it next time after seeing the wood oven kitchen and the way it's prepared.

Visited Signature Fine Dining Restaurant for the first time today and had an absolutely great experience. We had the pleasure of being served by Shavi who was incredibly attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the ambience of the place was great. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good halal steak option.

Had the shrimp salad and the fish and chips. Fish was halibut, nicely cooked. Tartar tastes rustic. Chips were nicely cooked, not soggy, not dry. Salad was fantastic and the sear on the shrimp was perfect while not overcooked. Also, Nav, our server was attentive and personable. I want to come back to try their pizzas!
