We absolutely love Afghani food and always try it whenever it is available. We decided to try their half chicken plater with rice, naan and salad. The food wasn't fresh. The chicken clearly looked reheated as if it was sitting the whole day, and they just reheated it. Afghani grilled chicken are juicy, it was completely dry. The naan was cold too - which was also disappointing.I would not come back to this place and would neither recommend anyone.

Very good restaurant focused on kebabs. I had the beef kofta kebab and the lamb shank already. Both are extremely good and rice has several spices that really being out the flavor. The portions are good-sized. The only problem was that the clothes had a really strong food smell after we left the place.Vegetarian options: AvailableDietary restrictions: Halal availableParking: It's in downtown, so it's really hard to find parking.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes
Food is not only expensive, but also not delicious compared to much better food served in neighborhood.Salad served in combination with rice and chicken Tikka plate which made everything missed up and nearly tasteless and unattractive to eat food.

Kafta kabob and rice are bland. Chicken breast is juicy though. For the same price you pay here (I paid 20$ per plate), there are tastier options to consider (Paramount, Azkadenya, Naan Kabob, and so on).
My sister has been living in the apartments above for over a year and have always wanted to try this place since day 1! So tonight we Ordered 2 wraps and a meat/rice plate. We were the only ones in the restaurant at roughly 5pm. It took roughly 30 mins, but All the meat was cooked to order which was exciting! After waiting and smelling the delicious food for half an hour, I had pretty high expectations, and upon the trip back upstairs, (5 minute max!) the food was cold! Like I don’t understand, because the meat was cooked right in front of me! But I guess it was cooked too early before preparing the other food? The wraps felt as if they were taken out of the fridge. Unfortunately a year of smelling this place when visiting my sister just didn’t live up to its sent! The flavour was good. But unfortunately I think this was a one and done deal!

Delicious food at amazing prices! I have had a lot of Afghan food, this is the most authentic and fresh. They buy their ingredients every single day. I spoke to the owner, he is a very good person and amazing cook!

Nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining what's in the dishes. After much thinking, I ended up ordering the lamb shank, it was very good. Generous serving. Arash and the crew gets 5⭐s. It was very encouraging to see an employee eating the lamb shank as well. I witnessed the interactions between the staff and the other customers, the staff is so nice to everyone. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

Burnt Barg (threw out) and small portions for around $25. (Rice was thrown out later too as was clumped together with a pool of oil underneath.)

Came in close to closing time and ended up with a longer than expected wait. Realized that they had gone to the trouble of getting everything started again just for an order of Mantu. And it was well worth it. Fresh, delicious, made with care. Appreciate it, will definitely be coming back.
Great tasting
