We visited Simit Chi recently, and it honestly felt nice to find a place in Toronto that reminds us of Turkey. The simit was really good — crispy on the outside and soft inside, just like it should be. The baklava was fresh. The Dubai chocolate waffle was rich and beautifully presented. The Turkish ice cream had that chewy texture you can’t find easily. We also tried the hummus with beef döner, which was an interesting and tasty combo. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the place has a modern atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. It’s worth a visit.

People who works there were very nice. I enjoyed the Turkish tea. the interior design has some work to do but the place covers it with the taste of the food and good workers.

Simit “Turkish bagel” was so crispy and delicious — definitely the best I’ve had in Toronto! The salad was super fresh and full of flavor, and halloumi and feta made it even better. Menemen went perfectly with Turkish tea. Great service and friendly staff. The smoked meat simit was my favorite, and their drinks were also really good. Highly recommend this place!
