Excellent food cooked fresh and as flavourful as you request it. Not known for it's 'ambience', it is none the less exactly what you get for what you're paying for- Great tasting food at very affordable prices. It also operates as a casual bar with a pool table and a jukebox, so it's not exactly fine dining. But it's got a good neighbourhood vibe. I love it.

I had my birthday party at Skada Bar and it was fantastic! The manager Cici was so welcoming and accommodating. She decorated and organized the bar just the way I wanted and she provided food for all my guests. It was a super fun night and everyone that came told me what a great party it was. I would definitely recommend Skada Bar for parties and events!

Horrible management. I was trying to book the venue for a birthday and the prices kept changing. The owner asked for my phone number to talk about the details of the event. This was the worst decision ever because once she got my number she called texted and even emailed me everyday. And if I didn’t respond I would get passive aggressive messages. Ultimate stopped the process of booking due to the management.

Not a place for white people.I literally got robbed today by this woman. I went here with some friends for a couple of drinks and to play some pool. My buddy has a thing for the dive bar vibe. We were met with a frosty welcome by the Chinese host but we let it slide. When I went up for our second round of beer I paid with a new $20 bill just withdrawn from the ATM at Sam's Convenience across the street. I was watching her hands as she turned to the register, lifted the bill weight, and pulled a different (damaged) $20 bill from the bottom of the pile. She then passed it back to me claiming the bill I just passed her was no good. I said "That's ridiculous I just watched you do that!" I was a little in shock and not wanting to ruin our evening I did hand her another bill to pay. On even a minute's reflection after the fact it was obvious what had just happened. I wasn't paying super close attention but I definitely would've noticed a dud bill at the ATM. We finished up our pool game, during which some regulars came in (a West Indian couple and another Asian) and the host gave them a much warmer welcome. I will change this dud bill at the bank but this woman is a thief. Me and my buddies are white and I believe this was racially motivated.
