I have been a long time customer of SKCOOKKS. Food is delicious but very inconsistent in taste and serving quantity. The food is expensive for the quantity and I have only observed it get more expensive as the quantity reduces drastically.

We had dinner here on Thursday evening for dinner. There were. a two concerns that I had and wanted to share with others.
Their POS system is down still (I believe it has been a few months of this going on now) and they brought us our bill right after we ordered. This means that before we got to see and eat our food, they required the payment beforehand. I have eaten at many fancy places before and they don't even do this.
The most concerning part of our experience here is that whilst eating, there was a mouse running all around the dining area. Along the walls, just running around all over. I was very disturbed after seeing this, we let the server know, but I do not fully believe this will be handled accordingly.

The most unprofessional staff. rough and dirty. They will tell you 5 minutes and make you wait for half an hour. I've been 2 times, terrible place. Most importantly, racists staf !!! If you have a different skin color, they look from up you. Dirty kitchen and terrible anti-hygiene. .. -1 point !

My boyfriend and I have been to SK cooks before and had an amazing experience and so he wanted to take his family (for context they were a party of three in total) to try out the food as well. When they went they did not have the same experience but one that has ensured we will not be returning.
First of all the server had 0 patience when taking their order. Constantly questioning their choices as if they didn’t know what they wanted, very condescending to say the least. They ordered for drinks, which was a horrible experience as well, which as we know should be brought out first as patrons wait for their meal. As they were waiting a couple came in and their order was taken, the server was visibly more inviting to them than he was with my boyfriend and his family. Shortly after the server brought out the couples drinks which was odd because, my boyfriend and his family had not gotten their drinks yet. When they asked they were met with an “ok” and the server then brought the drinks.
As they continued the long wait, he comes out with the bill and they are all confused cause they hadn’t eaten yet. The server explains that the POS has an issue and so they have to pay first to which my boyfriend says he’ll pay once they eat. The server goes back to the kitchen, shortly after he comes out with the couples meal, who came after them. It would be understandable if they had a smaller order but their order seemed to be the same amount as what my boyfriend and his family had ordered. When they asked the server about their food he asked if they had paid and was followed by the same response as before (keep in mind there is another party they saw who had paid after their meal so they didn’t understand why they had to pay before theirs arrived).
The server goes back and after a total of about a 1hr 20min wait (P.s. all the other patrons had already finished eating and left by this time) he brings out the food and my boyfriend pays the bill. Once this is done the servers whole attitude and demeanour changes, he’s friendlier, he’s asking if they want water to wash their hand and is now finally bringing out cutlery (after the food!). The food was good but not good enough to fight off the bad taste the service left in their mouths.
Definitely not going back nor would I be recommending this place to anyone else. I was so saddened when I heard about their horrible experience.

SKCook is honestly disappointing. This place is trash—no idea why the food is so expensive because it’s not even that good. I’ve had way better elsewhere, and on top of that, the service was horrible. The servers are very rude; it’s like they’re rushing you to leave the restaurant LOL. What a joke. I’m surprised this place is still open because when I went, it was completely empty LOL.
