I come from a small county near Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Nanchang-style stir-fried rice noodles have been a part of my life since childhood. It’s the aroma rising from street-side woks on early school mornings when I rode my bike to class, the simplest yet most satisfying dinner after long school days, and the familiar taste of campus nights throughout my four years at university.

After moving to Canada, I adapted to many things—but the craving for that bowl of noodles never truly went away. Then one day, I walked into this restaurant, and the familiar scent of wok hei, chili, and savory sauce instantly transported me back to the streets of Nanchang.

The noodles were perfectly cooked—chewy but not sticky, spicy but not overwhelming, flavorful yet never greasy. With the very first bite, I felt as if I were home again, despite being thousands of miles away.

If you’ve never tried Nanchang stir-fried rice noodles, they’re not like the regular stir-fried ho fun you may know—they’re bolder, chewier, and more honest in flavor. Unlike Hong Kong-style chow mein, which leans sweet and crispy, this dish is all about the deep flavor of the sauce and the intense wok heat seared into every strand of noodle. Each bite is packed with soul.

To me, this dish isn’t just a hometown snack—it’s a connection, a comfort, a quiet reminder that even far from home, I’m not alone.

Thank you—for crafting a bowl of stir-fried noodles that comforts the heart as much as it fills the stomach.

First time having soup dumplings with no soup. Tasted rubbery and microwaved. Funny enough, even the microwave soup dumplings from Costco taste better.

Noodles were very overcooked, basically just mush. The meat was okay, I got the beef. People working there seemed friendly.

STAY AWAY!!! We went to this restaurant today after a meeting as it was walking distance to where we were. We ordered 6 Lamb Skewers, 1 Braised Beef Brisket Rice Noodle Soup & 1 Nanchang Fried Rice Noodle Soup along with 1 Nestea and 1 Herbal Tea.

Once the food arrived we started eating, everything tasted good however half way through the food, we found a cockroach/bug inside the Braised Beef Brisket Rice Noodle Soup. Immediately we took pictures and told them about it however, they didn't really seem to think it was an issue - they just asked if we wanted it replaced. Now, any other establishment would've tried to give us a full refund however, they didn't even bother asking. We had already paid for the food prior to ordering and they brought it to our table so at that point we would need a refund.

To make matters worse, the girl tried telling us that they buy their vegetables/ingredients from other places and it could've came from there however, that is a bunch of BS! as it was cooked in their kitchen.

This wasn't even about the money being refunded - we didn't really care. I've already made a complaint to the Toronto Public Health Inspector as I don't know what we ate and we could've ate something we shouldn't have. As of now, we are both okay however, if we get sick for any reason it will just make matters worse.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from this place as it is probably infested with cockroach and bugs. I immediately went home, changed my clothes, put them in the wash and got in the shower as I don't know what bugs I would've picked up on the way.

Don't bother reading any reviews as this place is a complete dump, the employees have no idea what's happening and the owner didn't even want to refund us (we don't need the money - it's about the principle).

Please see the pictures I've uploaded of the bug sitting inside the rice noodle soup.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!

We ordered the fried beef noodles. The taste of the beef was quite good, but the dish was very oily. Overall, not bad, but considering the quality, the prices felt a bit high.

Not bad but it’s not cheap. Deep fried chicken is not very salty, feels healthier, salad gets a bit salty at the end, noodles taste good. A bit soft after 10 mins. Quick eats ok

I have yet to check out this restaurant in person but I’ve ordered from them through Uber Eats twice and both times have left me very satisfied. The rice noodles are bouncy and the sauce is the perfect balance of savouriness

Edit: I recently visited the store and it was small and well-maintained. The rice noodles and skewers definitely tasted more fresh in-person, and we had a great lunch at a highly affordable price.
