I come from a small county near Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Nanchang-style stir-fried rice noodles have been a part of my life since childhood. I have yet to check out this restaurant in person but I’ve ordered from them through Uber Eats twice and both times have left me very satisfied. The rice noodles are bouncy and the sauce is the perfect balance of savouriness

Edit: I recently visited the store and it was small and well-maintained. The rice noodles and skewers definitely tasted more fresh in-person, and we had a great lunch at a highly affordable price.
The worker was very helpful with helping us find a great vegetarian option! Egg fried rice noodles add puffy tofu, with a yuba (dried tofu skin) skewer. (Maybe vegan if you request no egg, I’m not sure). Super delicious, affordable and big portions.

They also have dessert and sweet options that we will try next time.
