The food is awful, fries and gravy are warm. It cost you 16 bucks. You can get better comfort food nearby. Save your money

I used to come here so often for late night food.
So I don't know what happened to them but it was just so gross this time. Their pulled pork tasted so sour and cold (how? I have no idea). The fries were semi-warm even though we literally just had the food right there on the spot. There was only one guy working and he handled food while he was also cleaning the bathroom in between.
Worst part? Not changing the gloves.
We saw that as we were eating the food. My friend and I stopped eating and threw away the rest.
Now I guess that particular worker just did not have the common sense but it's also owner's responsibilities to make sure their workers don't do such gross things....
It was a really sad moment for me because we used to really love this place...

Came at 11 and the bathroom was not accessible
Poutine is OK but overly salty and a bit meh/stodgy. Probably good if you are drunk. I threw half of mine away.

Very very disappointed. We were visiting Toronto and wanted a late night meal. We ordered and the food was horrendous. Fries were soggy and if I didn’t know i was eating fries, I would have thought it was cardboard. We got the buffalo chicken and the chorizo poutine. Both came with minimal meat and hardly any gravy at all. Driest poutine ever. All together paid $50 for absolute garbage. At almost $20 each, this is unacceptable. Please do better. I am absolutely appalled.

Needed to try poutine on my trip to Toronto and was given only one recommendation.. Smoke's. The menu is excellent with choices for everyone. We got vegetarian and meat options as well as the original poutine. Service was decent enough and friendly. This location isn't very accessible friendly or stroller friendly but we made it work. Overall a nice experience.

Not what I expected, a few flies kept bothering us while we tried to eat. Priest next door is definitely better choice to eat and more affordable

Tried it after a show nearby and was honestly disappointed. The fries were soggy and the toppings were just okay—not nearly as flavorful as I expected. Service was fine, but the food didn’t live up to the hype.

Had a great experience on Friday august 1 around 12:30am. When we arrived a young man (I believed named Meet) was the one working the counter and helping customers. It just so happened there were two customers at the counter being belligerent (even approaching me at one point to accuse me of filming the situation). Though their meltdown was taking place, He was still able to calmly and professionally take my friend and I’s order and treat us with the upmost kindness. Working in customer service is hard and this irate customer taking their bad day out on the staff shouldn’t be part of the job. Thank you for a great customer service experience and a fantastic meal

Very authentic canadian poutine, exactly like expected. Amazing taste and texture, clearly made with care. Also good music choice, perfect atmosphere.
