We booked a party of 25 to see a band that we know very closely. The food was good, wait staff service was good and the ambiance of the place was good.The front door greeter on the other hand needs some customer service skills training.

I placed an order over an hour ago and 5 mins before the scheduled pick up, I received a notification that the order was cancelled due to non-acceptance of the order by the restaurant. Great food but abysmal customer service. 1 ⭐

Ordered pick up through Ritual, sub total was 143.00, decided to give a generous 15% tip so they do a good job with my order. When time is up and Ritual says my order is ready, I go there only to find out they didnt see the Ritual order and they said they are just making it now and to come back in half-hour. When I return, they give me my food and tell me they ran out of mashed potatoes so they gave me fries instead. It wouldve been nice if they would give me options to pick another side. Id rather get something else instead of fries...i already got sweet potato fries. When i got home to eat, the regular fries they substituted tasted old and cold. No salt, just a waste. The sweet potato fries were decent, the mac and cheese was nothing special, ive had better. The eggplant was for the wifey but because i got the food so late, she didnt eat it because she doesnt like to eat too late, going to save it for tomorrow. The chicken quesadilla was not really good, my daughter says taco bell is better. The platter which is over $100 is not worth it. The brisket had no flavor, and doesnt taste like its been smoked, no rub, very dry. Not real bbq. The ribs taste like something you get from the hot food section from a metro. Sausages were nothing special, no real flavor just like the wings...and the wings were very small too, barely any meat or flavour on them. The pulled pork was mid and probably the best thing on the platter. I requested cutlery and didnt get any. Not a place to get any good food.

Half priced wings on Mondays. Limited wings flavours available. Most flavours are BBQ based with the exception of buffalo sauce flavour.Good service & great atmosphere with the live band!

I ordered a half rack of ribs and received 4 ribs (cheat rack) for $22. Very upset. The half rack should be 6 to 8 ribs. This ruined the whole experience of the Beatles tribute show and celebrating my friends birthday.

The Food is bad. Which is hard to do given the type of food they sell. They also are very stingy on condiments. Prepare to eat your BBQ with little to no BBQ Sauce.A part from the quality the prices are high, allot of items to not come with sides. For this price you can eat at much nicer places

Got take out today for around $100+ would not recommend, the chicken wings were smaller than 2 fingers put together. The meat was a touch above bland the only thing that was worth it was the onion rings and their yellow sauce. Not worth the money. If you want BBQ you need to go to Lancaster Smokehouse in Kitchener. I would rather drive the hour and half then go back here.Forgot to take a picture before we ate.. Most of it ended up in the trash.
