Atmospher is great, and it was my first time. Always wanted to go. Weird though around the end not our server but i guess another lady that worked there walked over and ask what is this. And a brown drink appeared on our table? Said we were smuggling in outside drinks and we had to leave? We were trying to pay and leave anyways so it wasn't huge deal. But definitely weird?
Other than that great night! Their pineapple tequilas tasted great and the rock music they played were bangers

Hate to have to lover my review.. Something seriously needs to be said about the nachos. They disguise the nachos as abundent by putting on a bunch of toppings over a mere handful of chips. 5 minutes into eating them you end up needing a fork because you quickly run out of chips. There is no layering and most of the chips end up soggy as a result. This costs them no more than $12 - $14 to make yet they charge a whopping $34 (DFA nachos). This place is on the decline and it shows. Also, not accepting credit and forcing your patrons to submit to a $4 debit fee is going to annoy your customers. Leaving this review as a 3 star since Emo Night every week is a bop and the music is always good.

When rumours swirled of a closure and sale, I couldn't believe it. Was so happy that it survived the ever-changing landscape that is Toronto.
Just burned an Uber ride down there to learn that it's now cash only; which isn't stated on its website. I refuse to pay $4 in fees at its ATM and another $4 in fees from my bank, essentially, just to sit down and order a beer.
The writing is on the wall...this place is going under and is doing what it can to stay afloat; in this instance, evading taxes. I'm sure that corners are being cut everywhere, so customers beware; food poisoning awaits.
Another Toronto casualty. Late-night eats and treats is a thing of the past in this city. Ugh!

Fairly reliable spot. Good vibes and great staff but couldn't stick around last time I went... Seems to be cash only (which is fine) but they charge extortionate amounts in the resident ATMs. It made sense to go elsewhere.

I honestly never write reviews, but our service tonight was so disappointing that I felt like I had to. My friends and I all work in hospitality, and we came in last minute only to experience some of the worst service we’ve ever had.
From the beginning, our server she was wearing a hat was extremely rude. I asked her for menu recommendations and she gave me attitude, saying “no, the kitchen is going to close.” We brushed that off, but shortly after, my friend was leaning on my shoulder and the server told us that if we “fell asleep,” she would kick us out — even though none of us were sleeping or even close to it.
At that point, we decided to walk out because the experience was just unacceptable. We will not be returning.

What a place!! Loud music is pumped in over a big crowd of people eating 1/2 price everything on the menu today! We had the nachos, which were outstanding!! We shall return when we are in the neighborhood again!!!
What can I say?? If ya know, ya know! ..if ya don’t, maybe good time to learn something new (while still can:/).. Also - can’t beat 50off *everything* (Mon) .. (Fajitas, Tues) .. (*NACHOS*, Wed) - if you think they’re just “nachos”, Mon and Wed are great days to improve your tummy! Thanks all :)

I have been coming here for a very long time. It was always sort of annoying that they only took cash or credit but not a huge deal. But now they only take cash... and its a total pain. Who carries cash in 2025? I assume they own the ATM machines in there and pocket the fees.
