Have been here many times before, dining in isn’t too bad.Had this delivered and disappointed.The halloumi salad was all mushrooms and three small pieces of halloumi. For the price I would expect more.The hummus and falafel are good, and consistent.

The waiter was very rude. Basically she kicked me out after 15 min of my entire stay at the restaurant. I ordered a chicken shawarma and a lentil soup. During my stay she was playing loud music while sitting in one of the tables. After 10-15 min she came and gave me the bill when I didn’t ask for it and plus I even didn’t finished my entire chicken shawarma. She didn’t even asked if I was done or not. Definitely I wan’t visit that place again. The food was below average. I even tipped her ? (Also I want to add for the context: the restaurant was completely empty during my experience )

Today I found out the this resturant has refused entry to a boy with his service dog and his Mother who is a Children's Mental Health Worker. Documentation was provided but entry was still refused. The resturant was empty at the time. "Shame" Sofra Forest Hill, is too positive a word to use in this evaluation of your resturant.In Response to the owner. All documentation was provided. But if you will not tolerate this information, I will ask the Mother to provide a review. The Mother works in the mental health field. She knows the requirements and met them. I was her professor many years ago and know the honesty and ethics of this person. Why not just apologize and work at a better response in the future?
We order from this location often and tonight our order was missing food. When we called the woman who picked up the phone basically accused my husband of lying (as if) and the last time they forgot one of our meals they were going to make a note and give a credit and surprise it's not on file. Manager was nice enough (at least she didn't hang up on us) and I left a message to speak to the owner. Lets see if I get a call...

Tried the chicken shawarma $26 meal and the rice and chicken was just plain. There was one white sauce in a dipping container provided which I was hoping was garlic but turned out to be a tasteless sauce. Very disappointed with this. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go to Pita And hummus instead for half the price and 100x the quality.Improvements : add garlic sauce or more sauce to the chicken and rice and throw some potatoes in there too or something to give this more variety.
