It was closed and reopened with different ownership. Good soups and sandwiches.

Soup It Up has always delivered exactly what I want from it: ruthlessly efficient service and unpretentious soup and sandwiches. Nothing more. Nothing less. Looking at earlier reviews, the complaints seem to be focused on the decline in quality over time. I've only been coming to Soup It up for the last two years, but haven't noticed any decline at all in that time. The sandwiches are particularly good value. There are better lunch options in the PATH, but these ratings are largely unfair in my view. I for one will continue to proudly and shamelessly SOUP IT UP on my lunch breaks.
I just had the worst service ever! The stuff was sooo rude and disorganized. I was charged almost $16 for a non-protein soup and a small salad and 1/4 of a bun. When I asked why was there a difference from the price advertised and the price I am paying, the lady could barely speak English and said I was paying for a Premium soup?!!!! it wasn't even a large soup, it was medium. I was also asked if I wanted butter and there was no butter placed in my bag. So much $$$ for the worst service in the food court. I will never go there again.
great staff and fresh ingredients. but it's clear they are trying to cut costs these days. the chilli is now more like tomato soup with a few beans in it. would be great if they made it with a better ratio of beans/sauce. otherwise i would go there much more often!
Usually not to bad! But lately it’s been horrible, soup is flavoured water, staff was rude and saying we could t just order toast, we had to get eggs with it, we don’t eat eggs i said and then she turned around and walked away!!! Like wt! I hope they get shut down!!! Never will be back again! ?
They serve soup that is a few days old. I even saw thr staff laughing at someone who ordered a particular soup that clearly looked like it had been there all week... Pretty gross. Bad service. Bad soup. Go elsewhere!
People with food allergies should be careful. Their allergy labels don't match the actual ingredients.
I've been searching forever for a great soup + sandwich place, this is definitely the one
Great soups, with terrific variety and very reasonable prices. Great service, particularly since the customers can be very difficult. A definite go to for a healthy, satisfying lunch!
Great food, and lovely service! The women that work there are always very kind (and always look like they are having fun!). They are organized & polite, even during the big lunch rush. The food is great - soups, salads and sandwiches. I find the soups quite tasty, and the salads are a good deal (5 toppings + a soup for <$10). There is good variety of salad toppings, and lots of different breads for the sandwiches.

Wonderful homemade soup. I have been a customer for years. I love it that the soups are oil free. You get what you pay for. The soup is fresh, delicious and healthy. I enjoy going every week. Highly recommend.
Best soup ever!!! Have to stop there every time I'm in the city!!
Expensive, and no value to buy a combo!
Poor customer service
Very tasty but light food.
