I wanted to give the food 3.5 stars - it's better than average with a good range of options, but the soup is not so outstanding it warrants 4 stars. I like that you get to choose your two soup sides. More interesting or a rotating selection of sides would be welcome. Generally, the staff are really nice but one staff I encountered recently could use some customer service training. But service is pretty fast and efficient which is important when you have limited time for lunch.

I visited Soup Nutsy on Adelaide and I must say, the service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they even let me try some of their soups before I made a purchase. Tiara, one of the staff members, was outstanding. She was very warm and helped me decide from the amazing soup variations they have to offer.
