So many great options to build your own personal hotpot and all of the ingredients are tasty and fresh! The staff was very nice and helpful. My friend and I both paid under $30 and were super full, but still had enough soup leftover to take home and eat another serving.

Long wait but well worth it! Super fun process of choosing what you want in your pot. They weigh it and you pay, and they do all the cooking and bring it to your table. I chose the bone broth which was delicious and the passion fruit soda with popping boba was the perfect compliment to the meal! Can’t wait to come back!

I used to love this place but then I went last night and there was a long black hair in one of the food trays where you choose your protein. I informed a waiter and he took the hair out of the tray and simply walked away, leaving the tray of fish that was contaminated in the fridge.

The ingredients were fine, but the overall experience didn’t feel worth the time. There are plenty of other hot pot spots in Toronto that offer better food and service without such a long delay.
