Beautiful food court, but the staff looks like she doesn't want to serve me.

She also forgot to give me mushrooms on my mushroom and Swiss burger....

7up had no syrup in it so I had to change to another drinks. Also they no longer sell milkshakes or any other drinks other than the soda

So bad. Waited for a long time because the girl forgot to cook my churros. Finally got my food but the fries were dry and my sister said it tasted like fish. My churros were just plain dough sticks so I went back and asked for cinnamon or something because that’s how it’s advertised. They do not season their churros apparently so enjoy eating raw dough. do not get the churros and do not eat here pls im trying to save you.

I was there last May 27th around 6pm. This is my first time visiting this chain. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life, hot, well seasoned, excellent.
However, the girl who served me had a terrible attitude and treated me like she was doing me a favour by charging me for the food. In addition to being rude, she made faces at me with every question I asked and unwillingly placed my order.
I loved the food but they should review the type of staff they hire because I really wouldn't want to go back to that branch because of the service I received.

Everything was bland and not worth the calories. The patty of the Swiss cheese and mushroom burger was dry and under seasoned. Didn’t like the bun either. The only good thing about the poutine was the generous amount of gravy. However, it had very little flavour. I’m never eating here again.

I’m quite disappointed. I was looking forward to the Swiss cheese and mushroom burger and a poutine, but everything tasted so bland. I have to give credit to the restaurant - the ingredients were fresh and they provided a generous amount of toppings on the burger and poutine, including gravy, but that's about all the positive there is. The burger and the poutine both lacked seasoning. Additionally, the fries in the poutine were stale and hard.

I went there today and purchased a large poutine and it was takeaway option.Actually it was for my friend but the food was very poor in quality because fries were overcooked on some part and some of them are not undercooked too. I think it was mixed up.Not only that the poutine was full of gravy and all the fries were completely soaked in.all other was okay but the quality of food disappoints me

I have visited this location many times and as a fan of South Street Burgers and New York Fries, I’m delighted to be able to visit this location so easily whenever I come downtown to Toronto. The service is friendly and the food is awesome and fresh. As a vegetarian I think South Street has some of the best vegetarian options out there. Highly recommended!

Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is fantastic! I have tried many and this is right at the top!

The burgers are some of the worst in the city. The woman who serves you has terrible customer service and is always grumpy. She is not pleasant to deal with whatsoever. The burgers are just raw beef, no spices, no nothing. I come here often simply because there are not many options around to eat. I don't enjoy the experience coming here. It's also expensive for the quality. I would not recommend this place.

Customer service skills training required! The guy who does the burgers is super sweet! He smiles, greets you and is very professional. The girl that works with him does not say hello. Does not smile. She is quite rude. We had asked for our burger to be more cooked as wasn’t as well done as we wanted it. The guy said no problem. She literally grabbed it and wrapped it and said NO! WE CANNOT DO THAT! I said I won’t eat it that way, I need it more well done. She said no and handed us the bag to go. The guy said no problem we can do it and she’s arguing with him. A customer before also had an interaction with the female staff. Considering there aren’t that many Soutb Street burger left, it’s sad that you also have to endure poor customer service. Kudos to the male staff, very very nice
