Customer service skills training required!The guy who does the burgers is super sweet! He smiles, greets you and is very professional. The girl that works with him does not say hello. Does not smile. She is quite rude. We had asked for our burger to be more cooked as wasn’t as well done as we wanted it. The guy said no problem. She literally grabbed it and wrapped it and said NO! WE CANNOT DO THAT! I said I won’t eat it that way, I need it more well done. She said no and handed us the bag to go. The guy said no problem we can do it and she’s arguing with him. A customer before also had an interaction with the female staff. Considering there aren’t that many Soutb Street burger left, it’s sad that you also have to endure poor customer service. Kudos to the male staff, very very nice

We had to scream for 2 minutes, before someone was so kind to come to the front. No hello, no nothing. After the order I was so fortunate to see the ‘chef’ appear in the kitchen with a phone in her hand. The luck is that I saw her hands for at least 4 minutes. She swapped hands several times and never washed her hands. I hope its the same phone that she uses while sitting on the toilet. Thank you South st. Burger, I will make sure to never eat in your disgusting facility.

It's my favorite burger restaurant.but, this branch was very neglected and the self-service area was very dirty. The girl who ran the place was on the phone the entire time I was there. (1 hour and a half).And I didn't have the option to pay by card, something very strange... :(

Disgusting. Threw out the garbage and made the food with the same gloves.It's nice to know staff wear gloves to keep their own hands clean, not the customer's food.Dropped by late afternoon for a poutine:- person working the front was wearing gloves- starts filling up ice for the fountain drinks- takes my order, handles the cash machine- proceeds to start cleaning up and handles some TRASH and GARBAGE bagsWithout changing her gloves, begins to make the poutine:- grabs the fries with the dirty gloves and pushes them into the box- grabs a fist of cheese curds with the same dirty gloves for the friesNo thank you. Is this standard South Street Burger protocol?

Great food and friendly staff wasnt too busy when I went in, had a BOGO Bday coupon so i got 2 delicous burgers, and with so.many toppings to choose from! Cheese, lettiuce, tomatoes, onion, pickels I could go on! The combinations are limitless!!! And the price is not to bad either about medium avarage for a basic burger and combo was about $18 CAD which included fries and a drink everything is fresh and hot I defintly recamend going here for a great burger I know i will defintly be returning in the near future!!! Thank for a very good experiance!

Received 14 emails between midnight and 4 am asking me to review my experience. I’ve never been to this burger location so how they got my email I don’t know, but receiving 14 emails in the middle of the night is unacceptable.So you asked for a review, here it is. Fox your system, don’t send review notices at night, especially 14.

I felt racially profiled and I hate to use the term. I walked in and was waiting for 10 minutes and not one greeting. Another person walked in and was greeted as soon as they entered. I felt so embarrassed I left the store.
