We have always loved coming in to this location for a burger now and then, but today we were really disappointed with the whole experience. My husband loves the grilled pineapple on his burger and was surprised that you no longer offer this as a topping on your south street burgers, actually most of the toppings we have enjoyed previously have disappeared. (ie the mango chutney) and have been replaced with maple syrup??? The onion ring on the burger was soggy and undercooked and we probably won’t be back. Just thought you should know. From two former loyal customers.

zero stars used to be good staff barely say a word asked for well done burger. don't know how a paper thin patty can remain pink in the center. returned it, got pushback saying it wasn't pink. finally made me a new one, slightly better, but the cook decided to dress my burger. with his gloved hand added tomato and onion, no tongs. sadly the quality and service are way downhill.

I been to south street burgers a few times but not often. I always get a cheese burger and fries it’s so good and very filling. They have great customer service also fast. They have seatings inside which I like. Their burgers are really good. Definitely better than Rosie’s burgers!

When you have something good. You shouldn't hide it. I feel like southwest is one of those great little establishments that gets lost in the shuffle. Often tucked away in a corner somewhere surrounded by other businesses not afraid to be loud. Maybe it's time for southwest to step out of the shadows.

South Street has changed their crispy chicken sandwich to a fried chicken sandwich. It now consists of two chicken tenders which were overcooked and too much coating. Overpriced for what you get.

We used to love this place! My husband had to keep reminding them to add items we had ordered (like the shake and onion rings) and the when he got home, his burger didn't have a burger patty!! I usually like the whole wheat buns, but what I received was not that, just a seedy dry bun. Koodos to Brenda who was properly horrified when we called, but the way over the top expensive and disappointing order and service was the kiss of death. The staff seemed unusually dysfunctional. We can't in good standing return. Abysmal. Brenda is cool, though.

South Street is slowly in the decline reducing its topping options like getting rid of the goat cheese option and some other toppings. Part of the reason I come here was burger place that allowed eclectic flavour profile which now is killed by there periodic specials. I can see how there are less of them around. Sad to say but this will be last time I visit as they really do nothing different to make me visit.

Wow this place has gone down hill!!! Smaller burger and I was also told I was NOT allowed to add additional “FREE” toppings to the burger!
