Burgers are definitely better than average. They are also priced higher than average. Don't get the combos as they are a rip-off.

I love the burgers here, I thought the service was a bit slow despite it being empty but they still helped me with my requests.

I got the regular poutine and ended up having an allergic reaction to something in it.
As well, the fries had zero salt which made the poutine very bland even after adding some black pepper. The poutine could have been a 5star if they had just seasoned their fries with some salt.
I don’t recommend going here.

We went around 1:30PM on Thursday and it was empty and easy to find a table to eat at. The staff were incredibly nice, funny, and polite. I appreciated their little comments and friendly demeanor (and I mean literally everyone that worked there had a smile and said "have a wonderful day" when we left).

We chose the bacon cheese burger and despite it coming with typical condiments/toppings, we could choose nice additional toppings too. We got Sauteed mushrooms, crispy onions, relish and my partner added spicy peppers. The patty is a great thickness: juicy and the rough circumference of a human palm ✋? but not insanely wide like a smash burger.

The fries were really nicely done and the onion rings were very battered (which I liked but I know not everyone may appreciate). We both had a great experience here and would totally opt for this over McDonalds, Wendy's, or Grillies.

Oh and their combo includes a choice of fountain drink (and they had lemonade! This was a nice twist from typical Pepsi, 7Up, Nestea - although they do have those there too).

Parking: The entire center of the plaza is yours to explore lol you won't have trouble finding parking here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of tables that don't have fixed seating.

I have been going to this location for a few years now. I was shocked to see they changed the burger. They changed the patty from 5oz to 4oz. But they did not reveal or post the change anywhere. I was shocked to see a small dry patty. I had to ask. I was at the Vaughan location this week and they have the regular 5oz patty. I won’t be coming back to the Wicksteed location ever again. RIP

Ordered a burger and a fried chicken sandwich.

Burger was okay, probably can use a bit more seasoning like black pepper and garlic powder in the meat; chicken marinate is heavy with MSG/salt.

First server (the experienced "Vet") short changed bacon from my southern fried chicken, while waiting for the meat to cook, the second server caught that mistake and add the bacon back.

Location is convenient, but as far as fast food burgers go, hit a Wendy instead.

I’d give this place a - 5 if I could.Overall terrible service1. The cashier was pleasant enough but the person who asks for “your choices” was rude, impatient, she was rushing us to make our choices and completely disinterested.Terrible food2. The burgers were like beef jerky. Dry, hard and tasteless. My husband dislocated his jaw on the beef.Too expensive3, extremely expensive for what you get. We don’t eat the buns but 2 burgers with tomatoes and lettuce was $34.00.It would have been better all around to have gone to Wendy’s or any fast food place.Suggest that you pass on this place.

Great BBQ Burger with multi grain bun(that's the key to extra flavor!), it took a respectable amount of time to cook - but they're actually cooking it properly.Juicy and flavorful, fresh toppings and great house sauce.Lady behind the country had a great attitude.I do recommend this place. Better burger than majority of fast-food burger places. Thanks for the great burger, will be come back.Fair price as well.
