Terrible experience overall!!! I went in to grab some takeout, so while I was ordering, I asked how long is it going to take because I was in a hurry. I was told 15 minutes. That’s fine. Some 20 minutes later I noticed people who ordered after me were receiving items that I ordered so I casually asked how much longer? The lady behind the counter said I told you 15 minutes, and I said I understood that, but I’m noticing items I ordered were being given to later orders, that’s when the attitude started from both of the people behind the counter. The woman said they didn’t have enough for what I ordered so they gave it to the other people so they wouldn’t have to wait, and the guy behind the counter piped up and said “it’s meat, it needs to cook”, and all I said was I wish you would of told me about what was available, I would have ordered something else. Again I was told I wasn’t waiting long, but I was!!!! When I was finally handed my order I was told to go order somewhere else next time. I have no doubt that these two people working there today have no idea what customer service is, and all they do is make you feel like they are doing you a favour. Now the food!!! It was bland and undercooked!!!!! I had to put it in a pan when I got home to make sure it was good enough to eat. Terrible!!!! Cannot and will not recommend!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service!!!!
Delicious authentic greek food! We come here every week to dine in and get the Lamb or Pork Souvlaki Dinner (which we usually have for lunch). Both are cooked to perfection. It comes with rice and potato (so good!) and a big salad with feta cheese. They use olive oil here which is a big plus for us! The portions are huge so we always have leftovers to take home. When dining in, a little dessert is served when available, and that’s a really nice touch! The place is small but really cozy, and we love to sit at the large window and enjoy the view of bloor street while eating. The washroom is clean here and the restaurant although small, super cozy and relaxing! The owner is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable hanging out there. It’s an underrated hidden gem in bloor west village and definitely worth a visit!
Really juicy pork. Everything very yummy. Main floor washroom. My only complaints were no coat hook in the washroom for a bag, and the stools aren’t the most comfy on the legs.

Arrived at 5:20 on a Tuesday - ordered 3 gyros - were told it would take 35 minutes. Returned at 6:15. At 6:30 it was clear they were not making anything. Got a refund and left.
