Came for the peking duck and we ordered the half for the two of us and it was delicious! The wraps are perfectly thin and the duck was delicious and crispy. We also had fried dumplings and the crispy ginger pork. All the food was delicious and service was very attentive. The lovely ladies working there made sure we had everything we needed. If you make a reservation you also get some egg tarts on the house. We left so stuffed!

Their food is pretty food with a twist to accommodate Western flavors. Highlights are Peking Duck, Hainan Chicken, and the appetizers. But the most lovely thing about this place is the people; both the owner and the staff are extremely nice.

Had the pecking duck, general tao chicken and the leek pancake. Pecking duck itself was flavorful but the pancake wrap that came along with wasn’t promising. My reco to the restaurant would be to change them with steamed buns. The general tao chicken was good and the portion size was also generous.

This is below toronto average Chinese food. I was excited to go as the food pics look great. However, the kitchen seemed to be overwhelmed by the Uber orders, and food/ drinks came very slow. You can easily get tasty Chinese food in toronto, but this one was disappointing. unsure why the Peking duck skin was at the bottom of the dish versus traditionally should be placed on top for crispness. Hainan chicken was rough and over cooked. Food tastes ok, not bad. Staff was friendly, but the whole place was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Hope they improve.

Best spot in Toronto to fix your Peking duck cravings 👌🏼 the rest of their menu is mouthwatering and will be a regular customer. The two ladies who run and manage this fine establishment are the absolute sweetest 11/10 for service 🙏🏼

The first time I went the food was delicious and the service was amazing. Today we order by Uber Eats and they really have attention to detail and the food was great.

We were pulled in by the menu outside on an incredibly cold day with no concrete dinner plans. The peking duck set for two is such great value. Even had some leftover stir-fry for the next day's dinner!

Nice looking spot, and from other reviews it looks like they do dim sum and other dishes well.

But I was on my way to another restaurant but was pulled in by the sign advertising hainanese chicken, a favourite of mine. What I received was arguably not hainanese chicken. The chicken itself did not seem poached, and the rice was definitely cooked normally with some added yellow colouring - NOT cooked in the chicken stock as it should be. The expected sauces were also not included.

It was the most disappointing dish I’ve had in a while! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i don’t want anyone to ride the emotional Hainan roller coaster I did 😭

Service was friendly though and the eggplant was good!

Quiet, the Northeastern cuisine is super delicious and the price is reasonable. The pot-roasted pork and fried seafood mushrooms are very delicious. The freshly baked egg tarts are much more delicious than those in T&T.

Best peking duck I’ve had in the city. Free egg tarts with a reservation was a very nice touch and the egg tarts were so fresh. The pastry was flaky and the filling was custardy and hot. Will definitely be back.
