The online store replied to my questions quickly, and then packaged and shipped my items soon after I placed the order. They were very helpful with hard-to-find items (Similac 59ml).
If you have a child with special medical needs, this store is excellent. They stock many of the supplies you will need at a price that is hard to beat at other medical supply stores - even online. The staff keep a file for you and double check anytime you buy things to make sure you're getting the right size/version.
Convenient place for families to find specialty foods that are gluten free, or ingredients that are conducive to their child's dietary restrictions secondary to medical conditions.
