Love having authentic Chinese food in Toronto. The portion is large and the flavours authentic. First time trying the spicy fried noodles was fantastic. I got the large spicy it’s bearable if you can handle spice. I would start with normal spicy or less.
Restaurant is clean and the service is VERY GOOD at his job the server made sure I had enough napkins usually I have to ask the server for napkins at other restaurants and I got a plastic apron which is very thoughtful since the oils in the spicy potato noodles jumps a lot first time I see a restaurant care about their customers like this will visit again keep it up (only wished they still had rice cakes in their spicy celery noodles) 10/10 ??????
This is the first time I have eaten spicy Fengqin abroad. It is quite authentic. The boss has thought a lot about our friends in the south. I ordered medium spicy, but the spiciness is only slightly spicy in Xinjiang.

Some small suggestions: You can add less oil, otherwise the customers who add naan will have all the oil in their naan.
You can consider omitting the celery leaves. Authentic Xinjiang fried rice noodles only have celery root.
