Food was actually good and was not a scam, although I will have to say it is still bit pricey. But the view was great and staffs were nice. I'd recommend trying out for once when you visit the hotel.

What a wonderful experience Bethany and Alex were so attentive with my 3 year old. And wow! 10$ buffet for kids with pancakes, eggs, potatos and with gorgeous views of the baseball field.

The atmosphere is excellent , get to watch some baseball while eating. The food was average/luke warm and also had to be sent back due to not being correct. It also took quite long to order and eat as it wasn't very busy. Pricy for the quality of food! Probably wouldn't return , alot of other options for the price. Server only came once throughout the entire sitting as well.

The good: Everyone is friendly, they are accommodating, atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, presentation of the food was good, server was pleasant as well. The bad: the food is ok, I personally had the club sandwich, it was sooo dry, a few others didn’t care for their meals. The front washrooms are absolutely awful, no other words how to describe the bathroom. The 4 stars are mainly for the front of house employees, well done; could just be an off day for the kitchen and cleaning staff.

Server pretty much ignored us the whole time. We felt rushed to order. Brought meals and never came back until we were done. I had to ask other people when I needed things. My child didn't like the burger said it tasted wierd. The other person with me didn't really like the burger either. Fries were cold. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Recently booked a window table to view the Jays game. The chairs were very comfortable and the view was amazing. I loved that you could hear the game being called by the broadcasters.
With that being said, the service and the food was terrible. Our server was very attentive to all the other tables around us, except for our table. Asked for water, waited 20 minutes and had to ask again, waited another 20 minutes. The same thing happened when we asked for our bill. I would not recommend the sliders. They were cold, dry, and had no sauce. The chicken slider looked like a small frozen chicken tender.

Our party arrived for brunch at 10:30 this morning. The staff at the desk told us they had no tables and we couldn't wait for them either. Horrible training equals horrible customer service. Downright rude and condescending. We've spent a lot of money here over the years but never once experienced this unacceptable behaviour before today.

We were told they don't take reservations, but that all the tables were reserved so they couldn't seat us. We asked when they started taking reservations and they said they don't take reservations. Make up your mind!! The staff we dealt with were incredibly rude!!
