Alexia was our waiter and was so passive-aggressive the whole time. Yes, customer service is tough and it can be rough late at night, but treating customers with such disrespect is just not it. Horrible experience. Food was decent, very overpriced though.

Went in for all you can eat wing special. Really filling and food was good. Service was a little slow but the server was very nice.
I have been coming here since the first year it opened over 15 years ago when I was a student. I was surprised about the very rude lady that worked on October 3. Spoke to us in a condescending tone like we were 2 years old. Probably my last time coming to this place.

The best chicken wings I've ever had. The price point you can't beat. 2 pounds pounds and a bunch of fries for $23.99. Yea please! The staff are great. They usually have the leafs game on the TV. But most importantly the wings are absolutely awesome.

I'm truly disappointed with the service I received at the bar tonight. This has been my worst experience at any bar in Toronto.Zandra, our server, was excellent, but her colleague was the complete opposite. I hate to say it, but I've never felt so disrespected before.1. They didn't inform me about the last call order, something every other bar does.2. I simply requested a glass of water at 11:34 pm from Zandra's colleague (the blonde girl), and she refused with a rude expression. She claimed the bar was closed. However, just two minutes later, she cheerfully served two beers to older men sitting at the bar.3. When I asked for her name for a review, she refused to share it and even asked me to leave, despite my colleagues and I not being drunk.4. She shared some story with the older men at the bar, who then acted rudely towards us and told us to leave because of her attitude. Why should we be asked to leave by other customers due to the server's behavior?Believe me, if you keep her on staff, you won't have many happy customers. I'm not kidding.NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.
