The shrinkflation here is really noticeable. When you order wings, you barely get 10 fries, and I’m not even sure the wings add up to a full pound anymore. On top of that, the quality of the sauces has dropped significantly. This used to be a great spot for wings, but not anymore. Their signature dill sauce, which used to be thick and flavorful, is now much thinner and not nearly as good as it was two years ago. Overall, very disappointing. The service was great though.

I’ve been a loyal customer of St. Louis Bar & Grill for years—it’s been my go-to spot for wings. So naturally, I was excited to dine in again to get my wings fix. Unfortunately, this visit left me surprised and disappointed. It seems like shrinkflation has hit hard here. They’ve swapped the classic basket for a “fancy plate,” but as you can see in the photo, the portion size has noticeably decreased—easily 20-30% less fries and possibly fewer wings too. On top of that, the quality and taste of the chicken just wasn’t the same. It’s sad to see one of my favorite spots lose the edge that made them special. Hoping this is just a temporary blip and not a sign of things to come.
Have you noticed the same changes, or is it just me?

Had chicken slider with some customization.. Victoria did that for us… really appreciate that.. . so happy with her service each time we step in.. also tried this shrimp Thai curry bowl.. it’s amazing.. must try.. new menu is really great addition..

Sick and tired of going there for take out and the wait times are so ridiculous, everytime I go there the guy there has no idea what he's doing the lobby is full of people who haven't get their order in, then on top of that we wait around 40 mins for food, absolutely ridiculous you guys need to find better staff that's more organized when it comes to take out.

I could eat 10 packages of their dill sauce. Wings go very well with honey garlic sauce or cajun sauce. The fries were impeccable, the service was pleasant and fast. There is no special menu from Friday to Sunday, they could improve it.

Now avoid all those fancy new flavors and styles; stick to the original... Boneless wings are just nuggets for adults with no class...
Good service and food, went on a Tuesday but it looks like the portion size have gotten smaller pre pandemic. Always loved going to st Louis for the Tuesday deal, seems like it is less busy these days.
