We are visiting Canada and went for their lunch special which was 11.99 per person. We arrived around 2:30. Lunch Specials are until 3. After we left we realized that we were charged almost double. $121.21 for 4 lunch specials and 4 sodas. We went back to ask the server and she said we came in after 3 which was completely false. We even made sure to check the time when we ordered which was 2:41. She refused to reimburse us the money. It seemed like she did this on purpose for a bigger tip because she could tell we were not from around here. We didn't argue. Just let karma do it's job.

The ribs are mediocre for what they are but plentiful in the quantity they supply. A thicker rib would be more delightful for the cost and experience. The sauce is wonderful the clean taste of the Memphis taste is sweet and savory. The wings are very well not a greasy texture or taste flavorful. The garlic parm was creamy the chicken was hot and tender. It’s a sports bar so it does have its waves of people. Attention to detail should be a little more attended to with supplies and stocks and presentation from waitstaff. I had the full rack ribs and the 2lb option of wings

NO hostess. Batender ignored us. Waitress list multiple items that were sold out on the menu due to crowd going to concert. I guess no one told them there was a sold out event this weekend. I watched some potential customers leave. Our orders were not correct & food was salty. STAY

We were there on thanksgiving eve 2024. The staff working there was no welcoming. There were two waiteres so rude and full of attitude. May be they were missing there families and not happy cause they are working on thanksgiving eve. Never go there again and will not recommend anyone going there.

Place was very nice I had my bachelor party here 7 years ago and still best chicken wings i ever had. We went last Wednesday and the guy who served us was very awesome very attentive and great customer service skills. My bad i failed to get his name. He is the only black guy working there that night. Great job!

It was may worst experience ever. I visited this place with my family on thanksgiving. The staff was not welcoming at all the moment we entered the restaurant. What a shame for restaurant franchise located in the downtown that customer service is so disgusting that the bartender and server does not know how to welcome and talk to the customers. There is no professionalism in the place. The staff does not even know how to talk to kids. It was such a bad experience in front of my family who came to visit canada first time and they saw such a worst customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Visited this place with my family. The servers were very rude and not happy to see us the moment we entered. We understand it was a long weekend and nobody likes to work that day, if u are not willing to be professional at your job and do what you are supposed to do, please do not go to work and ruin your customers day when they expect to enjoy and end their day happily at your place.

This was my worst experience ever. The server and the bartender were too rude and they didn’t even have any kind of shame and professionalism.Soecially the bartender who was not interested in serving food else was more into that we leave the place as according to her it was thanksgiving and she was forced to work. The waitress on the other side was rude to children. And told us never to come back again. And they both were happy to resign as if they don’t give a shit about their jobs. I don’t know why people hire them. As they don’t even knoe how to respect their job. I highly recommend not to visit this place that will be your worst decision ever made in life.

if you want to ruin your night, visit this place, really rude waitress, i never had this bad experience, so it was my friend's birthday, and we went there to have dinner, we sat down, waiter asked what do you want in a bad tune, then we told her gave us a couple of minutes then she came back and we ordered , she served the food but did not say anything, just left the food, after that, i asked her to bring my friend a desert since its his birthday and she said okay with mention it is not free with rolling her eyes at me, i said i know, and finally when she brought the desert, she literally throw the desert on the table and left. anyway this location is garbage
