We went to this restaurant on Sunday with my family and my wife's parents. We started with a starter and beer, which was great. Then we ordered a steak and roast beef sandwich, a steak and wing plate, and finally ice cream and cheesecake, which was great. We all had a great time with really professional and polite waiters and a very respectful and lovely manager

Very bad experience worst experience given by server little indian girl we came here specially suggested by me friend first of all, we was standed 10 minutes on door after that she didn't came us to take order for long time. She was standing on bar using phone then no cutlery rolls as stlouis have different standard of giving cutlery rolls no napkins she charge her tip without asking us very very nad experience after when we want to talk to manger she said I'm manger Don't come here guys. My friend and I have been a loyal St. Louis customer for over 6 years, but our first visit to the Bay St. location was extremely disappointing. We ordered 2 chicken wing meals—both came out soggy, and one was clearly served with the wrong sauce.
When we mentioned the sauce was wrong, the owner said, “I’ve already been owner for 10 years, I would know what the sauce tastes like,” and “If you don’t like it, order a different sauce next time.” Neither statement showed any intention of fixing the problem. When we explained that we always order the “Hotter Than Hell” sauce and knew this sauce was incorrect, she added in an extremely rude way, “What do you want me to do about it?” We kindly asked her to only remake the order with the wrong sauce, and she walked away while saying, “You say it’s the wrong sauce after you ate half,” which was clearly false—naturally, we would have had to try the wings to know the sauce was wrong.
On top of that, our food was already delayed—we waited over 40 minutes while other tables that arrived later were served first.
We don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. We’ve always enjoyed St. Louis at other locations, but this franchise really hurt the brand’s reputation.
After our experience and reading other reviews, it seems like a common theme at this location: orders get mixed up, long wait times and the owner can be argumentative. I strongly suggest choosing a different St. Louis location instead.
