Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word.
Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready.
Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint.

Food is just average. I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't go back. The pancakes were dense and kind of rubbery... not what I would expect from a pancake place. I guess they get away with having subpar pancakes by having a ton of toppings to choose from. The service was excellent, though.

While the actual ambiance of the restaurant makes it feel very "fast food", the actual food is of great quality and so delicious. The staff were great and their jam!!! It was so good I brought a bottle home with me. If I could improve one thing, it would be to make the restaurant decor reflect the high quality of the food.
